Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment and anger about an incident that occurred in your
store, “Comics4Life”. I was wrongly accused of shoplifting by one of your employees, despite
having a receipt and proving that I had purchased the Amazing Spider-Man Vol. 1 comic in
question.
The accusation was not only entirely unfounded but also humiliating. Even though I clearly
provided evidence of the purchase, I was still treated unfairly, and to make matters worse, in
front of other customers. The thing that disappoints me the most is that, even after the
situation was cleared, I did not receive an apology for this mistake.
This experience has severely ruined my perception of your shop, where I was previously a
regular customer. Everyone, no matter who they are or where they come from, should
expect professional and respectful treatment from your staff, and this incident shows a lack
of training on your part.
It would be fair, to say the least, to receive a written apology and some sort of
compensation for the emotional damage that it has caused me. I trust you will take this
matter seriously because if not, I will for sure take further action.
I look forward to your response and I am hopeful that this issue will be solved in a peaceful
manner.
Yours faithfully,
Sol
