Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about my order from [Link]. I have just bought 3 books of your
service this week and I got disappointed when I got my package.

Firstly, your advertisement was convincing for me, and your offer was fantastic and colourful. The
most sympathetic was the delivery because I get my order in the following day. Also, you have wide
choice of books and all of them are in excellent conditions. I searched on your website and I ,,meet”
with satisfied opinions from people related to your service.

However, the day I got my package was quite later that you have promised me. I got it 2 weeks later
and one of the books got damaged during the delivery. The pages of the book were a bit damaged,
and coffee had spilled on it. With the other book I had a problem too. I checked my order because I
didn’t remember that I ordered this kind of book. The book I got has the same cover but with the
wrong title.

My suggestion is that I send the books for changing them. If its not a viable option, then I would like
my refund if its solvable. I hope we can find a solution that is acceptable for both of us.
