I am writing to complain about the trainers I ordered from your online shop last
week.
Although the delivery was on time, I was very disappointed with the product I
received. The trainers were dirty and appeared to be used. Furthermore, they
were the wrong size, even though I had carefully chosen the correct size
during the ordering process.
I was expecting new and clean trainers. However, this was not the case. What
made the situation worse was that when I contacted your customer service
team, they were not helpful. In addition, they didn’t offer any solution, such as
an exchange or a refund.
What is more, this was an expensive purchase, and I feel that I didn’t receive
the quality I paid for. I would like either a full refund or a new pair of trainers in
the correct size and proper condition.
