3. I have since found the same offer on another website and will be
returning the package to your main office in its original packaging. I have read
the refund policy whereby it is stated that I have every right to return delivered
goods which are defective or not as advertised. I fully understood the term and
conditions of the sale. As I am and truly dissatisfied with the product, I would
like to request a refund all fees paid, including the return postal and
packaging fees which I am also entitled to.
4. In addition, I would like to suggest that you appoint some staff to check
the condition of the product before they are packaged and mailed. Once a
product has been determined to be defective, it should be removed from the
store immediately. This would ensure that customers will not end up with
unsatisfactory purchases, and save both parties the hassle of returning the
defected goods.
