Dear Ms/Sir – Sale Manager of “Super Star products”

My name is Adnan Kem and I have visited your Company’s department store on 20th April 2023 (as it can
be also seen on the copy of here attached bill), to by new mobile during my short stay in your beautiful
city.

The mobile I have bought seemed to work properly as I have checked it together with the sales man, but
we have not noticed that the display screen has 5 dots that are not working. They are reducing the
visibility and depending of the background color it may be visually disturbing not allowing to receive full
information through the mobile’s screen.

I will be sending back to your store the newly bought item together with this letter, as per Canada code
for replacement of new items within 7 days, and ask you to send me the new one (on my attached
address) of the same mobile type as soon as it will be available in your department store, otherwise
kindly fully reimburse the item by sending back the paid amount on the same Credit Card from where I
have Canada.
