Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Tom. I am 25 years old. I come from Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. I
am working as a manager at Google company. I am writing this to express
my dissatisfaction with a Canon film camera that I purchased from your store located
at ABC Mall, on December 06th 2021.

Unfortunately, your product has underperformed. I am quite disappointed because I


was assured that it was the most recent model when I bought it. When I got home,
however, I discovered that the camera’s lens was broken. I tried to take some photos
but it did not work.

When I first became aware of the problem, I returned the product to the store and
contacted Mr. Lim on December 15th 2021 who assured me that the camera would be
repaired within three business days. However, after a week I have received no further
communication from the store. I need my camera before this Saturday, if you cannot
fix it on time, I would like a replacement or give me a full refund.
