DEAR MANAGER,

It is respectfully stated that I have recently purchased mobile phone of your


company model No A50 from you. I am not satisfy by the product that you delivered to me. I purchased
the Phone on March 31, 2021 and i have don’t use it as much.

After using the phone there were some problem with the charging jack and the lines started omitting on
the screen through which it was unable to see the clear image on the screenand this is so irritating. And
I’m really shocked that your company claims that they give 1 year of warranty. And their products were
extraordinary in working. But after just using the phone it start creating a problem which were very
shocking to me.
When I used to visit your franchise and there were the workers who have a denied to take it back or
change it to me they start blaming on me that it was my fault. This was also very embarrassing moment
for me. They said me that if you want to have better phone then buy another one.

I think this is not the way to behave with your loyal customer. I’m buying the products of your company
from past 6 years. Therefore I’m very unhappy with this whole situation. So, I request to you to kindly
change the product and further try to make quality products for the company in future. And also try to
improve your customer care services as well.

I hope that you will take decision on it and make some improvement on it. I may look forward to
hearing from you.
