I am writing to formally register a complaint regarding a product I recently purchased from


your esteemed company. The purpose of this email is to draw your attention to the
problems you have encountered and to find the appropriate solution.
I bought a cell phone from your online store on 03/19/2021. However, upon receiving the
product and using it, I am sorry to inform you that it does not meet my expectations. I
think it's important to give them a detailed explanation of the problems you found.
First, the product arrived with several notable defects, including dents in the packaging.
Also, upon closer inspection, I found that the charger was missing, making the product
dead, incomplete and unusable. I assure you that I took great care in the handling and
examination of the product upon delivery, and these problems were present from the
beginning.
Considering the above issues, I kindly ask you to take immediate action to address this
matter. Specifically, I expect a replacement for the defective product to be shipped to me
within the next 10 business days, free of charge. In addition, I would appreciate your help
in arranging for the return of the defective product, in accordance with your company's
return policy.
