It is to inform you that I had ordered a purchase of two pairs of shoes, a piece of jewelry and a
handbag from your retail website on 11th May 2020. I had completed the payment method online
right after placing my order after which I got an email that I shall receive my order within the
next 3 working days i.e. not later than 14th of May 2020. I was expecting my order to reach
within the given time but did not receive any response until the third day.
I tried reaching out your customer service several times by calling on the telephone number
provided on your website so that I could keep a track on whether my order has yet been
dispatched or not. It was until the 4th day i.e. 15th of May that I received an anonymous order at
my doorstep which I later found out that it was sent by your company. After going through the
products, I eventually discovered that they were not even half of what I initially ordered and, that
too, not the products which I had paid for.
In this regard, I would like to place a complaint against your slow and mismanaged services of
the store. This online shopping feature introduced on promotional items in your store has been
quite a disappointing experience for me. As far as the operation of the website is concerned, it is
sluggish and quite ineffective and requires a lot of patience for the customers to place a single
order. Apart from that, your staff members working in the customer service centers are quite
inefficient since they do not respond to any of the calls and complaints placed by the customers.
After receiving the wrong order, I realized that the employees of your company also lack
proficiency on account of their poor management and services.
I hope that my complaint has been clear and shall be forwarded to the concerned authorities as
soon as possible. I shall be very grateful to you.

It is hereby informed that I had placed an order on your online website which included a pair of
medicated shoes in promotional sale items. After receiving my order at my doorstep, I realized
that the products which I received were exactly the opposite of what I ordered, and a few were
even missing from the order that arrived. As far the rest of the items are concerned, I would like
to request a return of cash for those products which I did not intend to pay for. However, the pair
of medicated shoes which I ordered is an actual necessity. I had ordered it for my mother who
suffers from joints pain and can only walk with the help of those shoes since the doctor has
strictly advised her not to wear any other kind of shoes which would otherwise increase her pain
in worse cases. After a detailed research, I found out that this kind of shoes are only available in
your store and, that too, on quite a reasonable and affordable price. However, in place of those
pair of medicated shoes, I received a pair of sneakers instead which are apparently of no use to
me. In this regard, I would like you to kindly consider my feedback and send over the correct
pair of shoes that I initially ordered. I am sending you back the wrong pair of shoes in order to
avoid any kind of inconvenience.
