Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to make a serious complaint about a product I recently


ordered from your shop and also the poor quality of customer service I
received.

On 5th December, I visited your online shop and ordered a winter coat.
The site promised that my order would be delivered in ten working
days, but it actually took over a month for the coat to arrive. That was
three weeks later than promised. During that time, I contacted your
company on the phone several times and explained the problem, but the
customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. When the coat
finally arrived, there were further problems. It was a bigger size than
the one I ordered and there were two buttons missing from one of the
sleeves.

This is the first time I have ordered from your company and I am sorry
to say that I have been left with a most negative impression. I am
returning the coat to you and I insist on a full refund plus the cost of the
delivery charges. I also require a written confirmation that this will
happen. I expect you to act immediately and I look forward to receiving
your prompt reply.

I have had your store membership card for about five years (more /
less), but I have this kind of problem for th36e very first time.  On
(Specify date) August 30, 2020, I purchased (change) two (mention
brand) shirts from your store. As this is a trusted store, I did not check
my merchandise after purchase.

Unfortunately after returning to my place when I opened the shopping


packet I have seen there was a wrong size shirt. I could clearly
remember that I did not pick up the two different size products. This
fault is from your side. I really did not expect this much carelessness
from your store. I really felt sad about this.

I hope in near future I would not have to face such kind of issue as I
love your store and brands you have. I do not want a bad relationship
with you guys. 

Also, I tried to communicate with your store by call, but there was no
response. I was told at the time of purchase that if there was any
problem with the products, I could call the given number any time. 

 So, I am writing this email to convey the message that I have not
received the right size of the shirt in the packet. Please check this
message to resolve this issue immediately. I hope I will get the right
size product in no time and believe you will take the right action.
