I have recently ordered an android phone Sony XPERIA X from your website on
December 21st. I received the order on December 28th. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I saw
that the box were opened. The box had dirt all over it and the other components such as
earpod,usb charger,and adapter seems like it has been used before.The seal on the XPERIA X
unit also broken,it look like this unit is a refurbished unit.My order number is LZXPR3642110.
As a customer I really feel disappointed about your service as if you did not take care and
give the satisfication to your customer.For the evidence, I will send back the phone and please
provide replacement as soon as possible.
