Dear Sir/Madam, 9/10 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction about a computer I purchased barely a month ago from your

company. First of all, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the warranty service which your firm provides is of no use to clients as it refused to receive the computer I brought back for repairs. The reason that was stated for the refusal was the fact that it was in no need of repairs as it was brand new and no damage were provoked to it. Therefore, I came to the conclusion that if the computer did not suffer any damages it most likely was not provided with all the features that were promised when I bought it. Furthermore, some of the problems that I faced during while using the computer were lower video quality, less random-access memory than promised and also the processor did not match with the mother board. Not only did the issue I encountered prevented me from fulfilling my task at my workplace, but it also forced me to delay my work. This is not about the computer not meeting my expectations, but rather the fact that what happened with the computer I purchased is unacceptable and I would like to make sure that it will never happen again. All in all, I hope that you will look into this situation as a matter of some urgency, and that the service offered by your company will improve; otherwise I am afraid I will be forced to file a complaint towards the ANPC.
