We are writing to thank your company for the excellent service we received when we had bought the
computers from you did not work properly.

I contacted your helpdesk immediately and the person I spoke to was very friendly and obviously knew a
lot about the product. He apologised for the problems we were having and suggested that he could
exchange the computers or send out an engineer to solve the problems. We decided that it would be
better to have new computers and they arrived the next morning.

One week later, we received a phone call from your customer service asking us if anything was now OK.
we were very happy to report that there were no more problems.

I will certainly use your company again in the future and have already recommended you to other
people.
