Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the laptop I purchased from your


store on May 4th, 2023.
First off, the laptop has an extremely short battery life. After a complete charge, it
only lasts for around an hour. Makes the laptop unusable for purposes.
The second issue is that I haven't been able to move my old files from my old laptop
to the new one. This means that I no longer have access to all of my important data,
pictures, and footage that I require for personal usage.
Thirdly, the telephone helpdesk advisor I contacted for assistance left me really
dissatisfied with their attitude. The consultant was rude, impatient, and unhelpful. He
only instructed me to return the laptop to the retailer or get in touch with the maker.
In addition, he cut me off before I could continue my conversation.
I'm not happy at all with this transaction, and I think your business has been unfair to
me. I ask that you take care of these problems immediately. I would like to exchange
my laptop for a better one or get a full refund. In addition, I'd like the helpdesk
employee to apologize and I hope your customer service standards will rise.
