COMPLAINT
Group E

Dear Supplier,
I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with your service. On 2 March, I bought 100 boxes of
cereal from you. The agreed delivery day was 8 March but the goods did not arrive until 11.

Unfortunately, the products were nothing like we had been led to expect. Some items were out
of date and 10 boxes were damaged. When we found out, we tried to call but we didn’t hear
anything from you. Because of this, we were unable to use the product and our business was
delayed.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate having you deliver new boxes to replace the out-of-
date in 3 days. If not, we would be grateful if our money was refunded. Enclosed are copies of
my records concerning this purchase.

I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until 15 March
before seeking help from a customer protection agency or other assistance.
Please contact me at the above address or by phone at 0921022xxx or via
email .thanhhaangela@gmail.com.

Sincerely,
Thanh Ha.

Report on Current Problems

Our mobile phone company has faced considerable problems this year.
The report aims to outline the main ones.

Main Problems and Reasons

Last year the number of contracts was canceled quite a lot. Firstly, this seems to be
because of being unable to contact customer service by phone as our contact systems
are too old and they didn’t work properly. Secondly, customers complain that there are
many staff members being rude and unhelpful to them which has led to very negative
customer feedback for our company. As a result, customers weren’t truly satisfied with
our service, so they canceled contracts.

Last year sales decreased significantly in these stores. This is mainly due to the low-
quality raw materials supplier that results in our phone’s malfunction. Therefore, we have
to spend a certain amount of money replacing all the handsets.

Our company also got a lot of complaints from customers about the network service.
Due to the lack of phone masts, our network can’t reach some places which made
customers choose to stop using network service. Therefore, our phones became useless
in some areas.

Solutions:

To resolve the problem, there is some advice:

 For the first problem, we should upgrade the customer service system and retrain the
professional staff.
 For the second problem, we should write a complaint letter to the supplier to get a refund
and find a new better supplier.
 For the last problem, we should build more phone masts and improve the quality of
network service in order to retain our patrons and reach more customers.
