gadgets which are appliances which work on technology or electronic technology. Ride within
the name represents that we've got available delivery and residential to home services, while the
merchandise purchased are delivered on free from charge within Klang Valley.

There are also very lucrative career prospects for electrical engineers. However,
somebody having experience and knowledge can start a business during this field. Technology,
electronics and ride represents our product delivery is finished by our company with free
delivery within the Klang Valley area. Techno may be a most suitable option as given name
because the merchandise and repair that we are visiting provide suits perfectly. With the rapid
technology upgrades, the electrical industry sector is growing globally. Generally, these
businesses are easy to start out.

Electronic gadgets mean an often small mechanical or device with a practical use but
often thought of as a novelty. In simple examples calculators are an electronic gadget. Using
which we will calculate an even bigger amount easily. It's a variety of modern gadgets. Modern
gadgets include advanced technology example products that we sell are laptop, mouse, keyboard,
speaker, printers, cooler pad, toner, cartridge etc.

The service that we offer repairing, formatting service and delivery service to our
customers. We do deliver our product and have home to home service, by this service we will
contact the customer directly which is able to make the customer to own faith within the product
and repair.

The aim of this business is to serve the user, the targeted users are students and
employees. Within the new era of living, electronic gadgets play a very important role in life
either in working or studying life. We've taken this pandemic situation in an exceedingly positive
way in building our business. Since the pandemic, most employees are performing from home
and students having online classes. They have a laptop and supporting gadgets to figure in an
exceedingly proper manner. There are some employees or students who don't own a laptop, this
is often when TechnoRide plays a very important role to serve them the most effective product at
a reasonable price. Overall TechnoRide isn't only a business look on profit 100% meanwhile we
serve the user with a reasonable manner.

In conclusion, TechnoRide may be a place where the customer can get the gadget that
they wanted to get and find the service-related gadget problem at one place stop with an
affordable price with the simplest services. TechnoRide has decided to offer 100% within the
service that may be provided, every customer and get are a free promotion for TechnoRide.
Therefore, each sale is important for TechnoRide, even a little mistake can provide a negative
promotion to TechnoRide and spoil the entire exertions of all who have contributed for
TechnoRide. TechnoRide are working to induce a positive promotion by giving the most
effective out of all to the patron or customer.
The strategies on how to create, manage and maintain

The strategy that we plan to explore our business via online platforms such as our own
website, Instagram and Facebook. Our own website will be managed by our IT Officer and
Admin Clerk, IT Officer will manage queries from customers regarding questions related to
technology where else the admin clerk will manage the online orders and delivery.

Queries or question related products and services will be answered by the IT Officer
every day from 10am till 12pm and 6pm to 8pm. We have two slots on Tuesday, Thursday,
Saturday and Sunday.

Meanwhile, admin clerks who maintain order in social networks will place their order
daily and follow the customer orders which will be checked out at 12pm daily. This to ensure
that the product is delivered on the same day or the next day before 12pm.

Having a well-planned schedule will create a trust and loyalty towards TechnoRide by
the customer. Building these two criteria with the customers is a very big task for any business,
but TechnoRide is confident that with our discipline and service we will keep our business high
and profitable.
Problems

There are some problems which might be faced by our business. Firstly, our business might
provide low quality services to the customer. This is because we are new created online shops
and lack knowledge to manage our online business. For example, customers did not receive their
parcel on time, got the wrong item that they wanted and always empty stock. This will cause the
increase in the number of complaints from customers. Customers were not satisfied with the
services they got. Also, the customer service is poor. The staff will be rude to the customers
when they reply to them.  For example, the staff is rude and impatient to answer and solve the
problem for customers. The staff always reply to the customer slowly.  This will make the
customer angry and in no mood to buy our product on that time. Low quality services consist of
delivery services. The courier staff are mishandling the parcels causing damage to the product. 
When the customer receives the item, the product cannot function well and break down.
Sometimes, the customer did not get the updates of parcels. They did not know the delivery
times of their parcel especially in this pandemic period.

Secondly, competition is very high in the world of business. There are too many competitors
especially at this time of a period of pandemic outbreak. This is because many people are going
to conduct their product online in order to continue their operation. Due to the MCO, all the
shops are going to shut down and cannot open for walk-ins. This will cause them to convert their
business online in order to make profit at the period. Then the customer can make more decisions
and have more chances to buy the product they need from our online shop or other.  We are not
the first chance for the customer to buy our product due to having the similar product from
others. For example, if the customer wants to buy a new Acer PC to conduct her e-learning class
on the pandemic period, she makes the decision to buy the laptop from the other shop due to the
shop having high recommendation for the previous buyers. Loads of business are improving their
products to help customers and also gaining profit simultaneously. Our online business is a new
shop and there is a possibility of not getting recognized, hence bringing this to the other point.

 
Thirdly, the problem we might face by us is lack of recognition. As mentioned, we are the new
shop and require more recognition in order to fulfil the high level of competition in the business.
Recognition is important for an online business in order to make a good reputation. This will
attract more customers to buy and pay on the product. The examples of recognition are
customer’s comments, likes, and recommendations. We need more people to know us and create
good recognition for the public. For example, the customer buys the product and gives the 5 stars
to the product. then will encourage other customers to try our product when they see the review
and comment on it. Even though it is a long-term process to take time, money and years of
grinding towards to be a successful business during a pandemic period.

Fourthly, we lack selling experience for our product. This is due to the lack of skill in the
marketing crew in the company.  Without skill and experience, will cause difficulties in
recognizing the strength and weaknesses of the business and even the other competitors. For
example, how to attract the customer to buy our product, where can we get the cheaper price of
product, how to promote our product, how to gain profit, which product is the most popular in
the market. All those questions will hinder when doing new business. As a new online shop, we
have to learn.  

Fifthly, loyalty of customers is uncertain. Customer loyalty is a customer’s willingness to


interact with our product. We need to ensure that the customer will return to buy our product
again and again. In order to build up a customer base and establish ourselves into the market.
The reason is due to the inconsistency of the quality of the product but the price is constant. This
is an issue when the quality of products drops when the price of the product does not change
which will disappoint the customer receiving the dissatisfying product. Thus, leading the
customer to consider other companies selling the same products with guaranteed good and
consistent product quality with reasonable price. For example, the customer buys a Power Bank
and after a few months the Power bank is unable to charge sometime and suddenly breaks down.
The customer will not buy again with us due to the inconsistency of the product. We are failing
to keep up with customer’s expectation. The customer would not keep confidence in our product
when we cannot provide them a quality product to fulfil the customer’s wants. The customer
only has a simple mindset: whether the product is worth it for them to spend their money
again. If yes, they will buy it. If not, the loyalty of the customer will be lost.

Sixthly, our business might provide low quality security measures. This can be said that we
cannot make sure that the customer info is private and safe. When doing business, especially
proceeding towards online business, customers are needed to share their personal details such as
their address, bank account, phone number and name. The company might fail to keep their
security softwares updated which will cause a high chance in their accounts getting hacked,
leading to illegal transactions. Then the customer will worry about whether their privacy is
getting protection. For example, a customer makes her payment to order a laptop, but due to poor
quality security measures, the money transaction gets lost and we did not receive the payment,
this makes trouble to the business and customer.  Poor quality services will lead to disastrous for
all of us including the owner and customers. As sellers, we have the legal liability to protect the
customer’s privacy. 

 
The solution    

  In the elementary to start the online selling business. There are some problems that have
occurred and faced by our company. When there is a problem, there will be a way and solution to
fix it.         

First of the problem is lack of quality service. The solution is to look for a well-known courier
company that has many good reviews and be recognized by the majority. For example, the
company J & T express always reminds their employees to be careful and politely when sending
the stock to customers. Therefore, the quality service of the service will be elevating and the
reputation of the company will be going well and well. We should also solve the customer
complaint efficiency which refunds or returns the products for the customer which get the wrong
item or the item that has been broken when the customer received it. Moreover, we should also
solve the problem about empty stock. We should prevent the shortage of stock and ensure the
stock is full all the time. We should also overcome the problem of low quality customer service
with giving the training to the employees and make sure they provide the professional services
when handling the impatient reply or slow reply from the customer.

     

    Second of the problems is competition in the business is very high. The solution to overcome
the problem is competitor analysis and research. It is important because with analysis of the
competitor's performance, our company can know about what package they are offering to
customers, the design and the pricing that is set to sell to customers. Through this, we can
compare the strength and the weakness of our company. Therefore, we can adjust the price and
giving the best offer or do some promotion to the customer. Analyzing and researching the
competition can guide companies in formulating their strategies and help determine the direction
to take. In addition, we can refer to the website and blog articles. This is because there is a lot of
insightful information that can be checked, which is useful for understanding the prospects of
online selling business.

   

    Third of the problem is lack of recognition. The solution to fix the problem is being
transparent and honest. The information about the business contact details, reputation badges,
prices, any policies, customer reviews, recommendations and the others should be displayed
clearly and accurate on our business website. We should also ensure all the information is easy to
find.  Furthermore, we should also demonstrate the Companies Commission of Malaysia
certification on our website and in the social media page. Hence, customers will not be very
worried and the online business will be recognized by the majority of people. We also should
create a reward point system and online organize lucky draw events once a month to the
customers who support us.  For example, when the customer successfully collects sufficient
points can change specific rewards from our company. Besides that, we should also make some
attractive advertisements to attract customers in order to let more people know us and buy our
product. Therefore, the sales will be going up and more profit will be gained. We also should
seriously look for customer feedback because it will make customers feel more respect for them.
For example, when we get bad feedback from customers our team will quickly overcome it and
free a voucher to the customer as an apology gift to them.

          Fourth of the problem is lack of selling experience. The solution to fix the problem is
attending online sales training and seminars from the experienced successful entrepreneur.  Such
as the hottest apps “Clubhouse” that have many experiences and successful users share their way
to upgrade their selling skill. We should also get the selling experience from friends who are
doing business. We also should break down tasks into specific goals. Write down the goals that
can be controlled such as set the results goals that have monthly sales, each sales, each profit to
measure our business progress and closely track it. Then find the weakness about our business in
which selling aspect and improve it.

          Fifth of the problems is that loyalty of customers is uncertain. The solution to overcome
the problem is providing the guarantee product to the customer. Such as providing a 1-year
warranty for all the products that customers buy from our company. The selling price of our
company also must be fair. Don’t lose customer loyalty in order to gain higher profit. Hence, the
customer will consistently and believe to keep supporting our business. We must focus on the
product that the customer expected. We must ensure the function and performance of the product
are the same with the condition on our company list.
     Sixth of the problem is low quality security measures. The security first method must be the
top priority for every business operating in e-commerce to retain brand reputation and attract
frequent customers. There are ways to protect the company and its customer privacy data include
switching to the Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS), using a reliable third-party
payment processing system, and obtaining the "Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard"
certification. Firewall software Install security plugins also an effective solution to avoid dubious
networks while allowing only trustworthy traffic on the website. They are especially installed to
prevent the server and data from getting hacked. Hence, it can prevent the customer from getting
crimes and frauds.
Corporate social responsibility (CSR)

 Corporate social responsibility refers to a self-acting business model which helps a company to
become more socially accountable to itself, its stockholders, and the public by practicing
corporate social responsibility. It is very important for a business to operate with corporate social
responsibility. CSR helps the business to establish and maintain a good corporate reputation.
Although it is not required legally, it is a very good practice for us to take account of the
environment and the social issues.

CSR allows business to make positive changes, for example when consumers use or purchase a
product from a company that operates with corporate social responsibility, they will feel that
they are also doing their part.  Then it will increase the customer’s loyalty and our sales when the
customer feels that they are also helping the business to support good causes. The more socially
responsible the company, the more supportive the community and consumers will become. There
are 3 types of corporate social responsibility that will be conducted by our company are
philanthropy, environment conservation, diversity and labor practices.

Philanthropy is an act of goodwill that helps others and the society as a whole. Weil explained:
“Philanthropy is another great way to learn about the world, broaden your perspectives and
develop empathy, as well as other skills, which are all useful for entrepreneurs.” We are going to
fund an education program such as donating some computer associates for those school needs.
This will make the student able to conduct their lesson by using advanced technology. Also, we
are donating money every year. Firstly, some of it will go to the old folks home and orphanages,
we would provide them some desktops and some teachers to teach them some simple computer
skills. By doing these we hope that everyone can reach their beloved family even when each of
them is busy working or even make new friends online, follow up the recent trend and many
more. Secondly, part of the donation will go to our environment as everyone knows our
environment is worsening due to climate change and global warming, we usually donate it to a
company called Greenpeace, our company would like our mother earth to be healthy as we will
also be healthy with it.
Environment conservation is the protection for the natural environments and the living organism
that lives there. Environment conservation has a very straightforward positive effect on our
surroundings which is allowing us to breathe in fresher, clean water, temperature control, wild
animals shelter, beautiful conserved nature sights, more plants species for better medicine and
research, healthy planet and last but not least healthy life. There are a lot of ways for our
business to execute it such as reduce the usage of paper, pack product into reusable bags instead
of plastic bags and recycle all recyclable items. These are some ways that our business practices
to save our environment. Other than those our business will also participate in some campaigns
to help save our environment like clearing the beach, help collecting unwanted recyclable items,
provide needs and funds for campaigns like these and we also will volunteer 1 to 2 employees to
join these kinds of campaigns every 6 months. Our business also helps with collecting old
clothing and donates it to the needs instead of throwing them away which create wastage.

Diversity and labor practice means understanding every individual is unique and has differences
such as gender, races, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, and many more by working
together with care. It will help our business to make better decisions faster. This is because we
can come together and utilize their different perspectives to bring the diverse solution to the
table. Then we can make decisions quickly and solve the problem together with the employee
from a different background. As a result, our business will achieve greater profits and better sales
for our product. Also, the labor practice means that obeying the labor practice of the respective
country would give the workers a healthy and friendly workplace. Good labor practice can
increase the efficiency of the employee which makes a good working environment. When our
company recruits new members, we would not restrict to only one race or beliefs. We have
multiple races working with us in harmony together, we treat everyone equally and there is no
biasness. At the end of the year our company would conduct a ceremony for all the workers to
participate in a lucky draw, there will always be a free trip from the company for the workers to
relax and some other rewards.
The concept of adding value

adding value refers to the difference between the selling price of the product and the cost price of
producing the product. This can be said that adding value is the increasing value of the product.
The customers are willing to pay more when the product is made more appealing. Therefore,
adding value will increase the profit of our online business. Also that adding value can help the
business to differentiate from the competitors. By adding more value to the products it can stand
out among its competitors. Adding value also helps in cutting cost in the long run. This is
because they can save cost on advertising and other promotions when it has created a perception
of high quality and brand loyalty among the customers.

Firstly, we sell our products with brands such as Huawei, Acer, Lenovo and HP. A reputation for
brand name can encourage customers to pay more for our product. This is because brands
represent the quality of the product. The customer will be willing to buy the brand more famous
and they are more confident in the product, even though the prices are pretty similar with other
brands. For example, some customers prefer to buy an Apple laptop due to its logo. This is the
way to add a valve on our product. We can increase value just adding their logo to a product.
Customers are prepared to pay more for the product which has a brand attached to it.

Secondly, we can provide excellent services by adding valves. This can be said that high quality
service can make customers willing to pay on the services. There is the direct positive correlation
between the delivery time and the valve we offer to the customer. The customer who decided to
buy our product from online, then he will expect to get the product, not today, but get it
tomorrow. For example, our product can be delivered within one weeks and without any delay.
Compared to others, they need more time to deliver the product and sometimes need more longer
time to do it. The customers are willing to get their parcel as soon as possible. Also that they did
not need to worry that whatever received the product or not, because we will provide an
excellent service for them. Fast delivery can make customers pay more for it. We can charge the
full or maximum price on the delivery services.
Thirdly, the product features and benefits also the way to add valves on it. For example, our
laptop has additional functions in different versions of software that enable it to charge higher
prices. For those customers buying our product can have some benefits like free Pen Drive and
mouse. Also, extra features added to increase the value of the product. For example, offering
them 3 year of warranty on a new laptop can be a value added feature. The customer does not
have to worry that the laptop has any problem, because we provide them the maintenance
services. They want peace in mind and not worry then they will pay extra little for it.

Another way to add valves on the product is offering better quality to the customer. The
customers usually prefer to pay more on the higher quality products. So, it is important to
ensure that they provide better quality products than other competitors at the same selling price
or different reasonable price. The value of a product is directly related to the quality of it. The
customer will determine whatever the quality of product is good or poor. Usually, customers will
reorder again if they get the product on quality. In order to provide a better quality of product,
we will only sell the guaranteed product to the customers. Also, we will get our item from the
original manufacturing factory.

Last but not least, the way to add valves is by improving our product’s design and packaging.
This is because the features that the product and the way it is presented can help to add value.
The pretty and beautiful design of the product can attract customer’s eyes. The first thing that the
customer sees and feels is the design and packaging of the product they are interested in. so, it
will affect them to make decisions when purchasing online. We will provide a pretty package for
our product. For example, we provide a colourful package for our product. Also that the plastic
free packaging on our product is in order to reduce environmental pollution in mind. We
completely replace any plastic material by using a combination of recycled paper and innovative
design.
