have in abundance. Their customer service team are not just some of the hard-working people on
the planet, with one objective in mind (to get your new phone at the best price for you), but they
do know their things, whether it's an operating system, megapixels or battery, and they're always
there to provide expert advice. Moreover, they kept their business small enough to have a
personal level of service, so you never made it sound like you're just a number. Buymobile is

of our consumers and this are the resource that our consumer put as an online exchange
process. To reduce this cost, we will develop the overall quality of our website so that we can

save the time of our customers. If we develop the overall quality then it will also save our
customer energy as they don’t have to wait for long time and don’t need search a lot for every
product. We will try to keep and easy search option. We will give more discounts, cash-back
offers, coupons, promocode this will save the monetary cost of our customers. These steps
will add more customers value to our website and outcome of this exchange process is that
our consumers will be connected with us, enjoy the shopping, trade with us, also can learn
more about mobile phones through read our blogs.

Core Product: The core product of buymobile.com.bd is to provide good and smooth e-shop
experiences to our customers with good quality services. I will try to improve the overall
quality of the website by adding more categories, more available option to choose, improve
the text and search quality of our website. Try to improve the visual quality of our product
and add the 3D version view of the product to improve our service that will add more
customer values.
Actual and Expected Product: Actual product is the product we are selling to our customers
(like our mobile phone, groceries, computers etc.). I will try to improve the packaging of our
product in this crisis moment we will provide information and health tips about Covid-19 by
packaging. We will put all the information to our new packaging. We will also add more size,
color, brands to our products. In our groceries section we will add new product line (hand-
sanitizers).
Augmented Product: is the add-on services that we provide with our actual product. Before
we are giving free delivery to our consumer when they made a purchase more than 9999 BDT
but we will give completely free delivery without putting any kind of purchasing amount
conditions. And we will also provide a face mask with our all product and discount points on
every purchase for adding more customer value.
IPACE model:
1. Information: We will try provide more general information of our all the products and
also add more verity & features to our product line. We will try to improve our search
option and categories section so that our customers can easily find the product. We
will give more info then before about which product is available in what size and color
to our customers. We will add a batter cross selling option because our privies cross
selling method was not good enough. We will provide more easy information about
our shipping and return policies. We will also try add a new feature so that our
consumers can see the 3D view of all the product of our site.
2. Price: We always try to charge as low as you can. In our website consumer can
compare the product with other product as well as the price too. In this crisis pandemic
secession our plan to give as much as discount as possible so that our customer can get
their desire product in low cost then the market. We will also provide an option of
reword points like when they make any purchase of any amount, they will get a reword
point and with those reword point they can buy any products from our site. We will not
charge any shipping cost in this pandemic.

3. Assortment: To create and add more customer value our plan is to add more exclusive
product to our product lines as well as add varieties of product. We will improve the
website quality so the products can be easy to configure. We will add a new feature
called customization where our customer can custom their phone back cover depends
on their chose. Price can be easily adjusted with their reward point and online
currencies.
4. Convenience: We will try to improve our shopping cart & checkout facture so that
our customer can easily get back to repute purchase. My plan is to launch a mobile app
of our website so it will be convenient for our customers. We will also add a option of
live chat and also, fast delivery service.
5. Entertainment: In our mobile app we will keep an option for gaming where we will
keep some simple games to entertain our customer. Also, we will arrange some gaming
& quiz contests where the winner will get gifts and discounts.

So, these little changes will create and add more customer value.

Explain the importance of having a plan to draw web traffic to the online business during the
pandemic situation? Describe and thoroughly explain your online traffic building strategies?

Importance: The number of visitors that visits our website that is the traffic of our website.
Web traffic is important to grow our business and the opportunity to turn that traffic to our
customers. The number of visitors is gives us the number of opportunities to our business to
build more relations and customers base. Higher the conversion rate higher the opportunity to
gain higher profit. Higher conversion rates and visitors gives us the opportunity to have more
investor. It's not just money-making. More website traffic will allow us to grow not only our
company but also to expand our product lines, to recruit more staff, to open new locations, to
invest in research and develop better services and products.

Our strategies plan to build more web traffic:

1. Branding: We will increase our brand strength by brand awareness programs. We are not
yet very much popular because very few parts of our target customers know about us &
our services. So, if we can increase our brand awareness then more customers will visit
our website. Now we are in a critical scission for Covid-19 so, we are planning to crate
an ad for social media platform where we will show the crisis of poor and middle-class
people and also give massage to help them. We will also donate money for those needy
people. We also promote safe delivery. So, I think this program will help us to create
more brand awareness and help us to add more traffic to our website.

2. Search Engine Marketing: SEO works to improve the position and ranking of the
website in the search engine so that when anyone search for the related product or
services those high rank websites shown in higher order. So, for earning the higher rank
we are planning to recruit some SEO freelancers. Words matter: search engine count
every words. So, we will use “buy mobile” or “mobile info” as our key word. Whenever
anyone search the word buy mobile our website will come up in the list. Link matter: we
will also promote our link by giving website URL in the above mentioned (Branding
Part) ad campaign through social media. So, when customers click the link that will take
them on our website. We will also circulate our link by the email to our customers. We
will also circulate our URL on online portal (Prothom alo) and those websites who write
content about mobile phones. We will also publish product relate content regularly. These
steps will give us higher rank on SEO and we can draw more traffic.

3. Paid Search: My plan to use paid search for our website to attract more traffic. We will
use google ad words pay per click option. To achieve a variety of customers Google uses
display networks to draw traffic on our website. With more then one billion users
Facebook is our best paid source to draw more traffic. In Facebook we will circulate our
ads only to our target group so that will give us more traffic.

4. Affiliate Networks: In our website we have option for affiliate marketers but very few
know about that option. So, we will be planning to launch a promotional program where
we can attract more affiliate marketers. Strong affiliate network gives us more traffic for
our website. Affiliaters promote our website link and products to their platforms.

5. Integrated Marketing Communication: We will be going for more online marketing

campaign by banner ads. We will show promote our banner in different websites &
online news portals.

These five steps will help us to build more traffic on our website.
