EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
MG e-store is the pioneer of E-commerce industry in Pakistan who has brought a new era in the
electronic shopping trend. It will open so many opportunities for business along with new trend
for the customers. We are a customer centric company. We will put more effort in improving our
system to make the experience of customer more comfortable so that he keeps on returning to the
website. Despite of having a lot of external environmental factors forcing downward, MG e-store
will continuously growing its market share throughout the country. Industrial and environmental
analysis gave a positive indication of doing business in this sector. G e-store has huge
opportunity in Pakistan because it’s the blooming industry of the country. Our mission is to
provide our customers quality and affordable products in all categories. We will allow the people
to sell their used products through our website. We will use safe and secure payment method for
our customers and sellers. By doing SWOT analysis we are able to know the gaps in the market
and to compete our competitors. It has a very effective corporate strategy to grab the maximum
market share and it is implementing all these strategies very successfully to build up the brand.
We have made marketing, operational, financial and organization plan to work efficiently and
effectively to achieve our objectives and goals. To maintain the top position in the ecommerce
industries of Pakistan we should pay more attention to its product quality, delivery and after sales
service.

Introduction
MG e-store is an Ecommerce business which sells goods and services over the internet. Its head
office will be in Multan. It will work as M-Commerce (Mobile commerce) where buying and
selling activities happens online with the use of mobiles and PC’s. It includes purchases on our
website and app (for both android and apple users) by mobile phones, mobile payments and m-
banking. We are performing this business online with the intension of addressing the needs of
customers, vendors and enterprises to deliver goods and services in short time accompanied with
reduced cost. We will work as an intermediary for sellers and clients where the vendors are given
the opportunity to exhibit their products and customers get the chance to get all at once. We are
here for the customers so now anyone can buy products in which there are interested or they
need without going out from home. The sellers with interest to do business with MG e-store first
will make an agreement on MG e-store business policy and commission. The commission varies
depending on the product's category. When a customer orders any product from any particular
seller through the MG e-store portal or app then the seller packs the product and sends it to MG
e-store hub or Wear house near him. It will tell to the sellers to make the Seller Agreement
Documents. Then ordered product ready to ship within 24 hours so that MG e-store can make the
delivery complete within a short period of time to ensure faster delivery. When MG e-store will
get the ordered product from the seller, then MG e-store will send it to the customer either with
its own delivery man or through third party logistics.

We will offer our customers to create your own offer for women’s clothing. We will provide
different clothes trending design and styles on our website and allow customers to make color
combination according to their wish then we will sew and deliver to customer.

Based on the transaction of Ecommerce, we classified our business into 3 different types and
they are:

1) Business to Business (B2B):

In this type of Ecommerce, buying and selling activity happens among companies. We will
purchase goods from companies and sell these on our website for easy access of customers.

2) Business to Consumer (B2C):

In this type of Ecommerce, buying and selling activity happens among businesses and
consumers. We will sell goods and services to customers through our website, app and hubs. We
will enable third parties like sellers, small businesses and brands to register on our site to sell
their own products and create campaigns to interact directly with customers. We will charge fee
from this according to category.

3) Consumer to Consumer (C2C):

In this type of Ecommerce, buying and selling activity happens among consumers. We will
allow the people to sell their used products to customers and we will charge fee from this
according to categories.

the entry barriers, and the relative strength of providers and customers. For analyzing the whole
industrial layout of MG e-store, we focused on these components

1) Customers

To deal with customers we will provide an email address a number for giving further information
and for solving customer’s queries. We focus on the quality of customer service and convenience
provided.

2) Competitors

We will compete with other online retailers by offering products of many brands on our portal
and by providing feasible mode of payments.

3) Suppliers

We have many suppliers and maintain good relationship with them so overall they have
negligible supplier dependence.

4) Public Pressure Group

Public pressure groups force new designers that offer trendy products.

Environmental Analysis
Before entering new markets or starting a new business in existing market we carefully evaluate
the environmental standards that are required to operate in Pakistan. Some of the environmental
factor that a firm should consider beforehand like as weather, climate change and laws regulating
environment pollution etc.

1) Technological Factors

With the advances in modern tech support and web security, many people now are willing to
make online purchases. So we will take benefit by use this opportunity by offering consumers
goods, which are not readily available in local markets. Also, we will influence by technological
innovations. For example, online payment methods such as credit card, debit cards, easypaisa
and jazzcash.MG e-store will operate its business with a very detailed, user-friendly, and
intelligent website. Sellers can list their products with ease, can manage their products, orders,
and finance. Customers can search and order various products very easily that they want to buy
by searching product’s name, seller’s shop and also by searching category wise.

Political stability is very important for us to grow in the Pakistan. Governmental support cyber
security and smooth operation of e-commerce, which favors our business. The government, its
policies, and its rules determine the growth of an organization in any given state or country. It
includes tax rules and regulations, corruption, foreign trade policy, labor law.

3) Economic Factors:
Economic factors are directly related to the company's revenue. It includes unemployment rates,
interest rates, raw material costs, and more. This factor gives us an idea about the consumer's
purchasing power and plans price, products, and services accordingly. It will directly influences
our profitability.

4) Social Factors:
Nowadays there is a high integration of internet in daily life so we will utilized this factor by
addressing the fashion need of people through our online web portal. Understanding consumer
behavior leads to an understanding of the need and demand of products. Primarily it is
determined by the socio-cultural background of a place. Social factors like people's cultural
change, education level, population will help us to assess the potential market.

SWOT Analysis
SWOT analysis is basically a framework which identifies and analyzes both internal and external
factors of a company or an organization. It helps in assessing the strengths, weakness,
opportunities and threats faced by an organization and then make decision accordingly. MG e-

Payment procedure
Payment procedure is one of the main concerns to any business. Usually seller who are listed
their product on MG e-store they will get their product selling price within 20 days. We will use
the banking payment system to seller, which is safe and comfortable for the both parties. We
always try to secure the seller in various ways, as they are responsible to sell their product. We
use safe and secure payment method for customers to pay the payment which are

Product:

As a new in online retail industry, we will offers a wide variety of products in the category of
electronic devices & accessories, sports & gaming, toys, health & beauty, fashion & baby Care,
home & kitchen and fashion. Through constant expansion and diversification, our products not
just include online retail but other products that satisfy customer’s needs. One can search through
categories on our websites and then they can choose which things to purchase. They can see the
information of the product like price, shipping information and payment method and so on.
Customer additionally can hunt down their desired items by utilizing keywords as a part of the
search. In addition, customer can have the access of advanced search option where they can
search product customize based on their choice. If you have to deliver as a company, you must
register as a MG e-store seller, by which you can obtain a MG e-shop.

Place:

Any online business place refers a virtual place where the business runs over online. We as
online retailer run on online and our business place refers our site. We will bring products from
different manufactures to our online web portal and then delivers directly at the doorstep of
customers. We will be sold directly to the consumer. Distribution via internet is convenient for
customers because the product will be available 24 hours a day. Direct selling will also help us

As an online retail we need to set a competitive price otherwise the product will not be sold. So
we will offer quality products at affordable prices and also provides discounts. Here price
actually set by seller in our website. Therefore, seller need to maintain the law and terms and
cannot give illogical price. Whenever any sells occurs we will get the commission of sold
product. We will adjust prices frequently based on the product category, duration and season.

Promotion:

To survive in the end every business needs promotion. MG e-store as an online retailer will
promote itself by news papers, magazines, billboards, creative TV ads, print ads and digital
marketing such as social media campaigns, SEO, etc. We will create a facebook page where we
promote new product listed on our websites. We also create content and advertising video on our
page and post it. We regularly communicate with the consumer through our official facebook

page and getting feedback from the customer there. In addition, we will promote ourselves on
YouTube and twitter. We will do also tele promotion by sending sms to customer to aware about
our new offer. We will invite sellers to do their business through our website by selling their
products to customers and the connect people to sell their used products to one’s who need it. We
will advertise our store in institutes who are teaching business courses like EC incubators,
Enablers and Brakely to invite sellers and virtual assistants to start their businesses on our
website.

Operational Plan
Every department is important in terms of the organization success but you need some
cooperation between the department and work together with various departments towards the
success. Marketing department may have some innovative idea and promote MG e-store, the
same time business development department may think about future growth, and adding new
business. at the same time content and web design team may try to shape the our website and
content towards the store customer preference. Our various departments will be

persons.

Purpose of our organization is to provide our consumers quality products, easy access of trends
and fashion at affordable price at their doorstep and engaged the sellers sell their products to
customer through our website. Provide people platform where they can sell their used products.

Businesses of all shapes and sizes use organizational structures heavily. They define a specific
hierarchy within an organization. A successful organizational structure defines each employee's
job and how it fits within the overall system. Employees in our organization will work under
their relative department managers and these managers will report to CEO.

Financial Plan
This financial plan is simply an overview of our current business financials and projections for
growth. Think of any documents that represent our current monetary situation as a snapshot of
the health of our business and the projections being our future expectations. We will do equity
financing and debt financing because we have not enough capital to invest in our business so we
will take debt to start and grow our business.
