I am Ummi and this email is to complain about your poor customer service. This is because it
is my first time having this problem since 5 years order at Delta Computer.
First of all, I am very disappointed because the item that I have ordered which is twenty monitor
and ten server early but the item arrived a month late than the date of delivery. I am still okay
with that but then when I checked for the monitor, I found that two of twenty of the monitor is
broken. I have contact your company to ask again about the problem but your staff could not
find a record of the order. In addition, the price of the item that I have ordered is not the same
with the invoice that I received.
I take this problem seriously because your company promise to solve the matter before this but
until now no action has been taken. I also want to suggest so that you be more sensitive with
your customer order after this.
