Dear Dane,

I regret to announce that there are some equipment problems at our new factory, so the opening

may be postponed. There are some machines that failed to start up during the test operation. We

have let the technical department check and conclude that there was an error during shipping,

and the supplier is not responsible for this problem.

Supply is interrupted so we can't find replacement parts. Technical department reporting

technical errors will be handled within 5 days. Deposits when purchasing may not be refundable

We are currently trying to find a suitable replacement equipment supplier with an affordable

price and fast shipping service. However, it is difficult to negotiate the same price as previously

purchased products, because machines are very scarce at the moment.
