Dear Mam/Sir,

I am writing to you to kindly ask for your help in a rather inconvenient matter. I have recenlty
bought a car radio in your store yesterday. I and the shop assisntent tried it before I paid for
it but after I built it into my car it did not turn on.

My nieghbour is a car mechnaic so I asked him to help me to operate the car radio into my
vehicle, when he saw my appliance he laguhed and told me he bought a same one a month
and another one to his wife’s car. He said that, it were be a routine-job. But after 20 minutes
he had started the job, he called me saying the gadget has some electronical issues and I
should find the bill and bring it back to the shop.

Today in the morning I drove back to the shop and told my issue to the shop-assisntant but
they denied my complaint saying they tried it yesterday and it worked perfectly and they said
I made it wrong when I tried to operate into my car but I said I did everything as it was
described in the description. 

When I tried to describe my issue, the shop-assisntant constantly cut into my words. I told
my wife, never have I met such an impolite seller. Rarely can I become angry but after this
situation I became. Only later when we came home did my wife had the courage to speak to
me. Only after I calmed down did I realized my neighbour had to made a few transitions to fit
the radio into its place, so I went to sleep instead of become angry again. 

The reason that I am writing to you, that I am respectfully asking for a refund or a  gadget
replacement. Obviously, it will neither be compensation for my car dashboard’s
modifications, nor my emotional troubles I testified in front of my darling.  

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me about your decision, because I do not want to write
any complaint into the seller’s book
