Dear Sir, Today my Fluence Car is also Break Down. Now it's not starting. I have contacted to Mr Pradeep he said to contact on Toll Free No. I have called 2 times on Toll Free no and 2nd time I was successful to talk them Compalint No - RENRJ1000090. They assured me to send the person in 30 minutes but after 2 hours no body reached the place. I have received the call from chennai 044-24301570 that you car is not at place bur car is their. I have ladged the Complaint of Fluence Car but the person said that he has communicated for Pulse Car. If the car is not found then he has not contacted to me, he leaves the place without informing any one and now from last 45 minutes no body come. My Pulse Car is already in Workshop for last 18 days but they have not repaired yet. Now I am totally vehicle less. I have again Contacted to Mr Pradeep for Today problem and tell to about the Battery which is totally down. I have asked about that it's in warranty or not. He said it should be in warranty I am telling you the status of availability of New Battery in Stock. But till now I have not received the any call. Now you can understand that Renault Company Services and what type of product you have provided. Fluence is running 11000 kms approx and it's battery is spoiled, It has AC problem, Average Problem. We dont know what are you referring to and why; we have not denied that you have not taken any approval from us, yes Mr Pradeep have taken verbally & written but you people do not realized how much you put your customer in trouble. We had also told you that we had shown it to the local mechanic who said there is no water in Engine Oil but when it reached the work shop you people had different story to tell, yes we would have believed you but our past experience with you does not let us believe that your workshop people are talking genuine. When your people can change statement after signing the form that they have received the car in proper condition, this type of situation where client does not know what is wrong in car is a golden opportunity for your people to raise any amount of bill. You are not responding to our grievance rather you are discussing base less thing you are not seeing your people are asking for every problem to get the car to there work shop do you thing every day you product creates one new problem & except us to get it to your workshop do you feel we people do not have any work or just have one car & person booked in name of your company to bring & take car. This Renault Company will not suffer because of the product but also because of the type of people & dealer they have hired who does not want to give services. I want to ask you Mr Mohit Ji where you when we are facing these problems. At that time you have never contacted to us. You are not replying the mail instead of reply of mail you are referring the Telephonic Discussion with Mr Pradeep. It shows you are still altering the facts. Thanks & Regards Amit Gupta ======================================================================== ===================================== Dear Sir We are unfortunately customer of Renault Company we purchased your Renault Fluence Automatic Petrol Car No. RJ-14-CQ-1236 in name of Amit Gupta from Jaipur Dealer Nirmal Cars Pvt Ltd on 11-02-2012 because of Mr Sudeep commitment that he will be there when ever there is the problem & showing us all the benefit which all were false from average of car to the service & support. In wrong man faith we bought another product of Renault - Pulse Diesel Car No. RJ-14-CR-1236 in name of Surabhi Amit Gupta from Jaipur Dealer Nirmal Cars Pvt Ltd on 12-05-2012 that we feel was our biggest mistake. At the time of First purchase everybody suggested not to go for this company due to it is New in India but its our bad luck that we have faith on wrong company. But today they are proved right. We had decided to purchase Toyota Altis but due to Mr Sudeep Good Marketing we have opted Fluence. We were under impression that if you buy product of one company you become a loyal customer, you may not get the royal treatment but you may be heard when you need them but my experience with your company is unbelievable atrocious. Your senior sales person Mr Sudeep whom I would say is the complete package of marketing in one person, but this man forgets selling of car is not one time affair, one satisfied customer gets new customer and one unsatisfied person spoils customers. People you have kept in the Renault Company are least bother for giving services. As we bought your Renault car we were given in writing that any breakthrough in car, we will give you picking of car & drop facility as when there was fault in car they refused to pick the car when I drove my car to your company. We have given the car for problem of AC and

workshop repair the problem and returned the car. After that we have checked the AC and we find the same problem and we have contacted to them but the person told that its ok we have checked. Once again we have visited the showroom and drive with Mr Sudeep and he told that problem is not solved. We asked to him then what you have done? We have lodged a complaint and you have told that its solved without the checking and once again we have to drop the car for same problem. After that they solved the problem. When we have asked the problem they said wire was burn. I told to them that in new car which has not run 10,000 km in a year have this type of problem. I have doubt that they have sold me defected car. Secondly I handed over this in front of Mr Sudeep to your person where they signed the paper in which they mentioned the car with all four wheels in proper condition later your company people called & said that your one tyre was damaged I failed to understand such big companies does not check cars properly before taking as I further complained in your showroom that are we responsible to the losses as we have opted for you pick & drop facility my dear company you should have made these thing clear when you were counting as a benefit to us. I had to visit your company 3 to 4 times personally to have my own stepnee all my thing was in notice of Mr Sudeep. My continuous round to your showroom later when I was feed up I met the owner of the company of Nirmal Cars Pvt Ltd he told me that we do not provide any guarantee when the cars are driven by our people that means you keep such unequipped staff that they cant drive car properly and in other words that there is no responsible person in company who is going to listen to the grievance of customer. There are just to fool customer & get business. This matter was only resolved when we conveyed to Mr Sudeep that know our Lawyer is going to speak to you. Now recently our engine has been seized when our person checked the car there was no water in oil as it reached the workshop they are saying there is expenditure 1,50,000/-. I failed to understand why scenario changes when it reaches to your workshop, we tried to speak to Mr Sudeep he is not picking up call, we bought two cars we felt Mr Sudeep is the right person as know we are feeling it was to trap us for cars we bought your product when it was rarely seen in market if this the way you take your customer granted than I am sorry you have wrong customer in hand your company has seen only the good part of customer you are forgetting we are people where you are having business. Your work shop people do not respond to the clients phone. I do not how are & how far you will run in this service industry. We have called on 21-08-2013 to Workshop about the message appearing in Fluence and got the answer from executive that Mr Pradeep will call you but Mr Pradeep have contacted on 2308-2013 after receiving our grievance mail. We have come to the conclusion that Jaipur Dealer wants to run the Workshop so he is doing this type of activity. Every time we are asked to get the Car to Showroom for checking after that they will send it to workshop. They are not providing Pick & Drop facility as other companies are providing. Workshop is very far so every time we have to incur huge petrol cost. Fluence Car average on highway is 8-9 KMPL and in city 4-5 KMPL. We have already intimated 2 times but no result. While at the time of purchased it was intimated to us that it will give 11 KMPL average. Pulse Car Average in city is 10-12 KMPL. After this entire incidence we find that Renault Car is not made for Indian Market. You can not drive in raining season or the heavy raining areas e.g. Mumbai. Company is selling his product in the market using false statement.

We are really not interested in carrying you product so please give us some good deal so that we can get free from this company. We want to sell our both cars. Dear Sir, This has reference to the telephonic discussion you had with Mr. Pradeep Mishra , your vehicle (Pulse - RJ14CR1236) as brought to our workshop by Road side Assistance with concern of water entry in the engine due to heavy rains. Your driver had confirmed the he tried to start the vehicle due to which the internal parts of the engine have been damaged, As per your telephonic instructions we have started the repairing of the engine on chargeable basis. We also thank you for giving us the written approval . You requested to bring your Fluence (RJ14CQ1236) to our workshop of joint road test of average testing.
