Hi ____, Since my last appointments, Ive experienced the same issues with my service lights coming on in my car (see

your repair history for which lights). Over the weekend, I experienced separate and more serious car issues (outlined below) that prompted me to immediately call the dealership this morning. I have scheduled an appointment for 1:00pm today and will be in during the 12:00 hour to drop my car off. Because Ive been in for servicing three different times since purchasing my car, I know Id have to verbally communicate what is wrong with my car to the service employee at the desk so they can type it into the system. I thought because of the numerous issues, and the potential diagnostic benefit in outlining them according to timeline for the technicians to reference, it would be easier for me to type it up and send it in to have input into the system. 1. Since Last Appointment- Service lights came on four different times since my last appointment- two of them were at 34 and 36 degrees (according to my cars thermometer). As noted above, my car has been brought in before for this issue (I believe twice now) and it continues to go unresolved. I was previously told it was too cold outside and that was the reason why the service lights would come on, however, that now proves false as it continued at above freezing temperatures. 2. Saturday Morning- I experienced a delay in the car starting. Id turn my key in the ignition and the car started about 5 seconds after turning my key (in which it is usually instantaneous). 3. Saturday Night- My remote keys became non-functional. Lock/Unlock/Trunk/Alarm button would not work on my car. I bought another battery for my keys on Sunday morning and that did not fix the issue. I tested my spare key and it also didnt work. 4. Sunday Morning- I opened my unlocked car door, put the key in the ignition, and turned it with the car not starting at all. Realizing it wasnt working, I turned on my car with the remote car starter and

then turned my key with success. 5. Sunday Evening- My car doors were locked and the red lights inside on the doors (that usually are lit when the car is locked and not-lit when the car is unlocked) were all turned off. Knowing my keys were working to unlock the car, I was relying on the touch keypad outside of my car to enter. The touch keypad was nonresponsive (the one red dot light at the top of the number set would light up upon my touch but when I pressed a number to enter my code, the actual numbers wouldnt light up/respond). Luckily, I had my sunroof open so I had to climb in my car through the sunroof to get inside my vehicle. At that point in time, the vehicle turned on with my keys in the ignition. 6. Monday Morning- Because of my weekend car issues, I left my car unlocked in my garage so I was sure that I could get to work. When getting to my car this morning, I touched the keypad and it was non-responsive once again. I put my key in the ignition and was able to successfully turn on the car. My car is now always unlocked because I dont want to climb through the sunroof each time to get in. Unfortunately, Ive been in multiple times for servicing my car since buying my brand new 2013 Fusion in late November. The car has under 4,000 miles and Im disappointed with the issues that Ive had, and continue to have. My hopes and expectations are that all these issues are resolved after this visit. Thank you for your time Dan! Sincerely, Corey
