doesnt accept. What should a customer do now ? Please find the details below.

This is a heartbroken customer writing to you to narrate the incident that occurred on 25/04/2013. I have been a proud owner of a Renault Scala since Feb 2013 and all that got shattered in a span of 2 months. Around 1 AM on 25/04/2013 I was in deep sleep and that sleep was broken by a loud explosion and I rushed outside to investigate what the sound was about. I was horrified to see the front portion of my car being engulfed in flames.

I, my friends and my neighbors had to risk our life to douse the fire and at the end of the struggle we managed to save the car from being burnt completely. But the front part of the car was burnt. I have attached the pictures of the car for your reference. Kindly have a look at the same. I was so heartbroken on what happened and was determined to find the reason of the fire I called up customer car of Renault and raised a complaint and they requested me to send an email regarding the same.
