Motorbike Rental Conditions

1. The renter agrees to have received the vehicle in good working and cleanliness conditions. The tires
are in good shape and without impairments. If the tires are damage, the renter agrees to cover the
cost for new tires with the same dimensions and same wear. The renter is responsible for damages
other than the normal wear and tear.
2. The renter is responsible for all loss of and damages to the vehicle regardless of fault (Including but
not limited to any loss or damaged to any caused by collision, accident, theft, Vandalism, fines, acts,
of god, or other events) and any reduction in the retail value of the vehicle that remains after repair,
actual towing, storage, impound and all others related expenses, plus the renter’s loss of use and an
administrative charge of expenses associated with processing the loss and damaged claim.
3. In case of theft, the renter must and has to pay the whole price of the Motorbike.
4. A lost key is valued at 1,000 pesos and must be paid prior to the release of the replacement key.
5. Motorbikes are supplied with full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank as well.
6. Taking the motorbike outside in Siargao Island is not allowed.
