PARKING SPACE RENTAL AGREEMENT

I. The Parties. This agreement dated on the ____ day of ____________________, 20____ between

II. Terms of Lease
The term of this agreement shall begin on the ____ day of ________________, 20____ and
continue:

__7__ days’ notice. All notices shall be sent to the parties’ information in Section I.
III. Rent. The rental payment shall be due on the ____ of every month in the amount of
___________________ pesos. Payment shall be delivered to the Lessor by the Lessee in the following
manner: Gcash or Cash. A one month advance and one month deposit will be collected before using
the leased space assigned to the lessee.

V. Use of Premises. The Lease Premises assigned to the lessee shall be used exclusively by the lessee
for parking purposes only. The use of the space is only for the vehicle that is written in the article IV of
this contract. No storage of personal property may be allowed in the space. Lessor is not liable for any
lost and damage done to the vehicle or personal property taken from it. All liability to the vehicle and
personal property will be responsibility of the Lessee.
VI. Assignment of Lease. The Lessee is not allowed to sublease (sublet) the space without the direct
written consent from the Lessor.
VII. Renewal of Lease. Both parties can renew the Lease Contract at least 30 days prior to expiry date.
In the absence of formal contract, the lease period is from month to month.
VIII. Other Terms and Condition.
1. Lessee is required to keep the vehicle in good repair and free of hazardous leaks of oils or liquids.
No repairs of any type are allowed on the parking space and, if needed, must be towed to a
location that allows such activities.
2. Lessee who opted to pay through Gcash will send their due amount to 09752312502 registered
under Bernadette S. A screenshot should be sent to the lessor through their facebook account
(Deng Sese / Allen Cadorniga).
3. A grace period of seven (7) days will be given to the lessee who haven’t paid their due amount
on their due date stated in this contract. If the lessee will not be able to settle their payment within
15 days after the due date, deduction in their one-month deposit will took place. Once the one
month deposit is fully consumed, the contract will be automatically terminated.
4. The one month deposit will be used at the end of term/contract as agreed by both the lessee and
lessor. It may be refunded based on the damages in the leased space or the number of remaining
days the lessee consumed while parking their vehicle.
5. The lock to the parking lot will be changed every June of the following year. Duplicate copy of
the key will be distributed to the lessee and the amount of 50 pesos will be charged. Old keys
will be returned to the lessor.
6. Lost keys should be reported immediately by the lessee to the lessor. A penalty of 800 pesos
will be collected and will be used in buying new lock and in duplicating keys that will be distributed
to other lessee in the parking lot.
7. Any violation from this contract will have a corresponding penalty that may result to the
termination of contract and the lessee being permanently banned from leasing.
