Greetings! Here is our rate for the short term rental of our Unit 2018 Toyota Vios E A/T.

Terms and Conditions:

Payment terms:

• For 12-24hrs rent, Renter must pay full in CASH upon delivery of the vehicle.
• For more than 3days rent, Renter is advised to settle payment via bank deposit or online
transfer prior delivery to eliminate hassle on renter of bringing large amount of cash, also for
Rentee’s security purposes. We can provide the acct no. by request.
• Rentee’s will confirm if deposit was made prior delivery by providing Snapshot of the Deposit
slip/Online Transaction ahead of time.
• Security deposit of P2000.00 will be collected upon handoff of vehicle and will be refunded fully
after vehicle’s return if there are no other charges to be deducted.
• Extension of rental(w/c is limited to 3-7Days Only) is allowed upon vehicle’s availability on the
desired extension range. If Rentee allows extension, Renter should pay the full amount via Bank
Deposit/Online Transfer of the said extension before due date ends, else will be considered as
Late return and charges will be deducted to the security deposit.

Rental Rate and Vehicle Damage:

• Rental Rate covers the cost of Vehicle Maintenance and Insurance.

• Rental Rate covers the normal wear and tear usage of the rented vehicle. The renter shall
shoulder any damage to the rented vehicle outside wear and tear usage.
• In case of damage to the rented vehicle due to its involvement in an accident or collision which
can be covered by the insurance or can be assessed by our trusted Tinsmith, the Renter shall
shoulder the amount estimated by the tinsmith(talyer) or if for insurance claim, the
participation fee of the vehicle insurance, whether the renter’s fault or not. The Renter should
promptly furnish a copy of Police Report.
• In case of vehicle damage, repair of vehicle must be done after 2 working days. Exceeding days
will be charged a full daily rate rental to the Renter who have damaged the vehicle. (E.g if repair
costs Php3,500 and estimate duration is 4 days, renter will pay the excess of 2 days = (2,000 x 2)
= 4,000Php + repair cost Php3,500 = Php7,500.
Exclusions:

• The cost of fuel, toll fees and parking fees are for Renter’s account.
• Renter should return the vehicle with its fuel tank full, upon delivery/handoff of vehicle, Fuel
tank is always full, in case renter returned the vehicle with its fuel tank not full, the charge will
be P500 per 1/8 level. And will be deducted on the Security deposit.
• Late return of vehicle will be charged accordingly, P150.00/hr Late will be deducted on the
Security deposit.
• Rental includes 200 km per day. Any excess to these will be charged P10.00/km and will be
deducted to the security deposit.
• Rented vehicle shall be used only to carry passengers. Shall not be used to transport Cargo,
equipments, machineries In excess of the maximum allowable load of the vehicle. Should not be
used for hire, for learning, for towing, for racing or any form of sporting events, transporting
unlicensed firearms, explosives, flammable and prohibited items or substances.

Handoff/Delivery terms:

• The Rentee will decide where will be the Delivery/Meetup location of the vehicle.
• The Rentee will Provide a checklist of the vehicle including the vehicle Odometer reading, Fuel
tank level, vehicle exterior/interior per panel status etc., prior handoff of keys to the vehicle.
• The Rentee will provide the ff: documents to the Renter:
o Vehicle checklist
o Copy of Contract w/ renter’s signature
o Acknowledgment receipt of Payment and Security Deposit
• The Rentee will take a photo with the Renter for security purposes.
• The start of rental time will be the time when the Rentee turnover the keys to the Renter.

• The Renter should give the security deposit to the Rentee.

• The renter and rentee should be on-time on the agreed time of Meetup/Delivery.
