After many years as a loyal repeat buyer of Toyota model cars, it appears the quality of
your vehicles has gone down or my luck has run out and I got a lemon.

On 2009 year, I purchased a Toyota Landcruiser at Toyota Centar Beograd dealership in

Zrenjaninski put 26, Beograd, Srbija. It was steel on guarantee, until 2012, an I have
47000 kilometers on mileage meter.

Few days ago, I began to experience the following problems related to the vehicle:
brakes are shudder and vibrate when I stop.

I brought my car to dealership on 01.09.2011. They found it is problem with front disc
brake rotors, and it was told to me it is necessery to be replaced with new one, and that it
is not covered by guarantiee, so I must pay for it amount of approximately 450 EUR .
When I complain that it is not commonly to change disc brake rotors that early, they
answered to me that brake rotors are supplies. Most important, on last regular service, I
warned employees to check my brakes, and I still never changed disc brake pads on my
car. I dont think it is common to change disc brake rotors before even once changed
brake pads.

When I attempted to resolve the issues with the dealership, I was rudely treated by
employees, who merely responded that it is problem with my style of driving! When I try
to speak with general manager, he refuses to see me.

I am certain these employees are not the type of people you want representing your fine
company. Moreover, I know that you stand by your vehicles, and the one I purchased is
clearly not up to company standards.

At the end, I payed amount requested, bat there is bad taste of incorrect treatment of
Toyota Centar Beograd

I have suffered a great deal of personal hardship, including emotional distress, trying to
resolve this issue. Please immediately investigate how this has occurred and contact me at
your earliest convenience so we can discuss appropriate compensation.
