This is to inform you that our Company has purchased one Vehicle i.e. Tata Indigo from your esteemed showroom on 00.00.0000 vide Bill No. . and the same was duly registered with Department of Transport Guwahati. In this context we like to mention that after using the said vehicle for 3-4 days it started creating various problems like starting problem, Engine problem, fuel leakage etc. and we are finding it very difficult to use the said vehicle for our purpose. In this regard we like to mention that as per our belief the said problems are due to manufacturing defect and the same problems has been intimated to your showroom/workshop several times, but no proper solution provided to us. Therefore, we like to state that we are returning back the said vehicle to your office along with all papers/documents and request you to replace the said vehicle at the earliest after proper testing done so that no problem in the vehicle exist. Furthermore we like to state that as the said vehicle is being returned to you, we bear no liability towards payment of price of the vehicle and the same will be paid only after the vehicle is replaced and duly registered in our name.
