Please Refer Your Registered Legal Notice (Date Not Mention In Notice) Regarding
Repaired Of Kent Ro Water Purifier.
We Received A Legal Notice On Dated 10/01/2015 In This Notice We Would Like To
Clear Some Facts
1- We Are Authorized Dealer Of Kent Water Purifier For The Territory Of
Sultanpur For Sales As Well As Service.
2- Kent Ro System Provide One Year Warranty Of Kent Ro System And Six Month
Of Warranty On Consumable Items Ie Sediment And Carbon The Condition
Of Warranty Is Mention In Warranty Card.
3- We Provide Only Service On The Guideline Of Company And Company Not
Allowed To Replace Any Machine In Any Manner The Defective Part
Replacement Is Free Of Cost In Warranty Period.
4- Mr Sujeet Kumar Purchased A Kent Ro Model Grand Plus On Dated
24/01/2014 And Paid Amount 17000/- And That Time We Provide The Bill Copy
And Warranty Card With Full Satisfaction With Product.
5- We Received A Complaint On Dated 22/6/2014 Our Technician Visited On
23/06/2014 And Found Some Calcium Deposited In Solenoid Valve So Ro
System Not Working Properly Technician Replace The Defective Part Same
Time And Done Service (Routine Service After Six Month Machine (Ro
System ) Start Working Properly.
6- We Received A Complaint On 14/08/2014 Technician Visited Same Day And
Found Machine Was Working Properly At That Time Tech Check The Machine
And Found No Any Problem In Ro System No Any Parts Were Replace At That
Time.
7- After That We Received Complaint On 1/01/2015 Technician Visited Same
Time And Found The Loose Connection In Electrical System Tech Resolved The
Problem Machine Start Work Properly (No Spare Were Defective)

8- After Receive Your Notice We Send Technician On dt 11/01/2015 At The


Residence Of Mr Sujeet Kumar To Check The Ro System But Family Members
Of Mr Sujeet Kumar Not Allowed To Check The Ro System And Replied That
Ro Is Working Properly.
Finally We Want To Request You That If Any Problem Occurring In Ro System
Please Confirm Us And Allowed To Technician For Full Checkup So We Can
Replace Any Defective / Malfunctioning Spare Part.
We Are Very Keen And Prompt To Provide Valuable Service To Customer And
Try To Satisfied The Customer At Any Manners At Our End. We Never Deny To
Provide Service To Customer.
