A) COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT.

 Preventive Maintenance Visit:

1. Our engineer will carry out 8 Visits in a Year of contract, per month 1 visit,
in which Water Tank is cleaned for good & continuous Drinkable Supply of
water, Body of Water Dispenser is cleaned.
2. There will be 4 visits for Basic Maintenance & Servicing in which Following
Actions are taken,
-Water Tank & Body cleaning
-Dust and Foreign Material Removing & Cleaning
-Chemical washing of Compressor Unit
-Oiling of Moving Parts
-Missing & Rusted Screw or Bolts Replacement
-Connection Wires Changing, If Broken
-LUX points changing, if Rusted or Missing
-GAS Level checking
-System Function Diagnosis
 Immediate attendance of break down, if any.
 Response Time: All calls will be deal with 24 x 7 basis. Emergency call will be
attended within 12 hrs. in working days & 24 hrs. on working days.
 Risk Analysis: All critical / risk factor parts are always available in our inventory to
repair the system immediately
 Emergency Breakdown Visit: Our engineer will carry out unlimited free each
maintenance procedures. Breakdown with recommendations of necessary
repairs and breakdown visits in year. A report will be provided at the end of
Quarter.
B) Spares which are covered under Contract.

 Minor Spare Parts like Relay, Condenser, Overload, Water Taps etc. are replaced
with New parts in case of failure of specific parts in free of cost, there will be no
labor charges.
 Gas refilling, solving gas leakage Problems will be covered under contract.
 Major Spare parts like Compressor, Fan Motor, Radiator are replaced with new
parts under contract in case of failure.
 Change of Major Parts failure is done on Priority Basis.
