ANNEXURE - I

SERVICES OFFERED

We shall provide the following services towards the STP.

1. We have considered the Plant operations on Two basis for operation .

2. We shall provide following services during normal operation of the operational unit:

a. Operation of Waste Water treatment Plant, maintenance activities, monitoring and effective operation and
management of all facilities related to the STP .

b. Work closely with your personnel to provide effective management of treatment facilities, in terms of
reliability, quality, safety, security, productivity and process enhancement.

c. Provide following Technical services:

Carry out water analysis checks through our Laboratory on monthly basis (To Pay) for performance
monitoring on a regular basis, However we would interpret the results and suggest remedial measures in
case of major deviations.

Provide periodic monthly summary reports to management highlighting the performance, trends,
identifying the problem areas and suggestions for improvement.

d. Plan & help you to maintain, minimum inventory of chemicals and spares for the smooth operation of the
plant.

3. Maintenance: We shall carryout the preventive, routine and breakdown maintenance of all equipment
included in the battery limits for maintaining the plant in good operating condition. This includes the
following:

a. In case of any Major Jobs, Labour, tools according to the reqt. Is to be provided by customer,
considered by customer providing.

b. We have considered routine maintenance tools and tackles required for O&M of plant. However any
major equipment like chain pulley block, Crane, Welding machine, etc are to be arranged by you.

c. All equipment related to WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT, have been

considered for the operation and supervision of maintenance plan.

SCOPE OF WORK
Our scope of work shall include, provision of skilled manpower required in shifts for continuous operation,
and maintenance activities. We have considered in our scope any tools, tackles, consumables and materials
movement only for minor works. (spares will be client scope except consumables)

The detailed scope of work and terms and conditions are as follows:

We shall be responsible for the following activities:

1. PRODUCTION CAPACITY:

We shall maintain a production capacity of the Water Treatment unit as designed, subject to the designed
conditions.

2. GENERAL:

Operation and maintenance of waste Water Treatment on 2 shift basis to produce treated water with
treated water quality and quantity as per the designed parameters.

3. PLANT OPERATION:

 The boundary limit of the wastewater Treatment Plants would be as mentioned in the original
P&ID & as per site condition.

 We shall identify the process variables that need to be adjusted on a day-to-day basis for
optimum plant operation.

4. MAINTENANCE

 We shall carry out all running maintenance /repair jobs required to keep the plant at maximum
productivity level. These shall include maintenance of all equipment, piping, tanks and other facilities
within the WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANTS. However any visit of O&M Expert, spares required,
rectification of mechanical parts will have to be borne by you.

 We shall carry out maintenance jobs as and when problems/defects are noticed

 We shall periodically check/calibrate the various instruments and ensure their proper working.

 We shall periodically check equipment, lubrication, adjustments etc. to ensure proper performance.

 The housekeeping and keeping the Plant Area in a neat and clean condition will be done by us.

5. MECHANICAL

The scope of work shall be as follows:

 Alignment, lubrication, tensioning of all drivers and rotating parts as required from time to time
as per the details in the instruction manuals.

 Dismantling and assembling of equipment items as required.

 Dismantling, servicing and re-fixing of valves.

6. ELECTRICAL:

The scope of work shall be as follows:

7. INSTRUMENTATION:

The scope of work shall be as follows:

 Instrument Control Panel:

Clean the panel interior & exterior

Check for the tightness of terminals, cable end & earthing terminations Check fuses, indicating lamps,
switches, PBS. Check the alarm and enunciator for its proper functioning

 Panel Instruments:

Check the terminals of connections

Check the function of instruments for zero/span valves

Replace the fused bulbs, Push buttons, recorder charts

ANNEXURE - III

SCHEDULE OF EXCLUSIONS

Following are the facilities to be provided by you for smooth functioning of the proposed system:

1. To give access to all areas of the plant under Operation and Maintenance.

2. Power, water, compressed air, steam to be provided for the operation of the plant as and when
required.

3. All spares required for the O&M contract, whenever required will be supplied on chargeable basis at
the Prevailing competitive price.

4. Any replacement of capital equipment.

5. Necessary work permits as required for the staff, laborers and visiting experts.

6. Any materials required for the civil work maintenance to be carried out on civil structures/foundations.

7. Painting of plant is excluded from our scope of work.

8. Any other services required than that for the Treatment Plants.
9. Any equipment/instrument for online monitoring in the plant to measure water quality apart from the
installed ones.

10. Security and insurance of chemicals & spares and the various facilities is to be provided by you.

PRICE BASIS

The list of the items covered is for manpower and administrative expenses in the plant, for trouble free
operation of the plant. We have not considered the cost of power consumption & spares in the prices
indicated above.

These payments received will be towards covering cost of establishment, staffing, O&M labour, Monitoring &
controlling equipment's/instruments, maintenance services to be offered, administrative & technical
expertise.

Any statutory levies/duties and works contract tax/Service Tax and any other applicable taxes and
duties will be charged extra.

PAYMENT TERMS

Two Months mobilization advance for the 1st year of contract and

Payments against above will be made on monthly basis and shall be payable within the first week of each
month.

TDS can be deducted and TDS Certificate must be provided, within One month after deduction. In case of
failure in providing TDS certificate the difference amount will be debited to you.

Tax

GST @ 18% Extra.

VALIDITY:

Our offer is valid for a period of 30 days.

ANNEXURE - V

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REPORTING:

Log sheet format will be given by us after taking approval on the Format from you. Daily report booklet will
be maintained by us to your in charge and booklet will be your scope.

We will provide monthly reports along with Monthly bill.

DOWN TIME:

One Day down time will be considered for any minor break down and Two days for any major break down.
However we will take all kind of preventive measure to avoid this.

SHUT DOWN:

We require 3 days for every 180 days for Maintenance. This may not be continuous, and will be taken in a
planned way.

SAFETY:

We will provide all Safety gadgets for our employees.

HOUSE KEEPING:

We will ensure proper housekeeping, with the help of your worker.

CIVIL WORKS:

Any repairs in civil works required in the course of O&M and you shall carry out of the plant.

ELECTRICAL WORKS:

You will provide us the power free of cost for the operation of the plant and the same may be made available
as reqd. at our Motor Control Center.

OPERATION OF THE PLANT:

We shall operate this plant through our trained engineers and operators to ensure smooth operation and
proper monitoring of the various parameters round the clock.

ACCESS OF PEOPLE:

You will provide us free access to our personnel for 24 hrs a day to enable us to ensure smooth operation of
the plant on a continuous basis.

QUALITY OF INCOMING FEED WATER:

You will continuously supply us the water as per the water analysis mentioned in our original P&ID at the
rate and the quality mentioned therein.

QUALITY OF TREATED WATER:

We shall continuously supply to you the treated water of the quality mentioned in the original P&ID and at
the rate of designed output subject to the designed conditions.

SPARES:

All Spares required for the O&M will be supplied by us and will be billed separately as per the requirement
during the tenure of the agreement.

TENURE:

The tenure of the agreement will be for an initial period of 1 year. There will be Escalation of 20 % in the
O&M Charges every year.

MOBILIZATION PERIOD:

We require around Immediate as mobilization period to start the contract after the receipt of advance.
