Career History

• Working As a in CCR/Production Operator in Oil and Natural Gas Corp. Mumbai. Since Jul 2019 to
Present. (OFFSHORE)

• Working in Production Operator in ADNOC since in Jun 2017 to may 2019 at UAE.

• Worked as a Process Operator in Rajastan Onshore Project Mangala Processing Terminal .Since Aug
2014 to May 2017 at CAIRN INDIA. Under Brunel India.

DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Day to day data reports to Shift Supervisor / company staff in all daily operation activities. Maintain all log
books related to operation activities and daily production reports. Following the SOP & PTW.
➢ Having through knowledge in hydrocarbon process, utility operation and all kind of process equipment and
control instrument operation and maintenance, personal & equipment safety and all the safety procedures,
process interlock, ESD levels. IR/UV Fire and Gas protection system and all operating parameters. Sampling
from test separator to sample bottles for future analysis.
➢ Regularly monitoring and logging the process events and operating parameters to keep the process in
optimum level in terms of operation and safety. Operating reports and up-to-date logs, work permits near
miss and other records. Evaluate the process and production conditions and suggest improving the same in
terms of operation, safety & production. Experience in operation of DCS and ESP
➢ Immediately report every job and any abnormalities and job related incidents to supervisor.
➢ Taking necessary action to correct or stop any near misses, unsafe act, unsafe conditions and unsafe
practices. Actively participate all safety related meetings and trainings.
➢ Operate process equipment and utility systems in accordance with operating procedures to maximize
production. Carry out watch keeping duties to ensure integrity and stability of operation is maintained

Experience of Commissioning & Start-up Commissioning

➢ Inspection of lines flanges for proper gaskets, inspection of Flow & restriction orifices. Control Valve stroke
checking, Logic checking DCS.
➢ Start-up Commissioning of new GOSP’s & facilities Oil/Gas/Water Separator, Booster Pumps MOL Pumps, ,
Pig Langer / Receiver , Meter skid, Oil Recovery sump , Process Drum, Fuel Gas KOD, Flare system, Utility
➢ Punch list providing necessary check lists for modifications as per P&ID, Walk-downs, Line walking and
punch listing of packages and equipment (As for P&ID)
➢ Well knowledge about the working principles of process instruments and ESD Follow up permit to work
system as per standing instructions
➢ Equipment using laser alignment equipment and skid & base plate levels as per QA/QC process and check
sheet completion, Tri-party walk-downs of sub-systems / equipment as construction reaches 80% and
100%. Chemical Cleaning, Water flushing, Cardboard blasting, Air blowing, Steam blowing, N2 purging, leak
testing, reinstatement as well as Steam Purging of the vessels.
➢ RFC Inspection of vessels, box up of vessel internals like demisters, trays etc.

fire water sprinkler system, Deluge system .,pressure relief valves ,toxic and flammable gas detectors,

Off shore production platforms
