 FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

➢ Implementation of (EWP) PERMIT TO WORK system in accordance with company’s regulations.

➢ Check and prepare daily report of the job completed as per priority.
➢ Responsible for managing the working proper manner and satisfy the company goals.
➢ Complete Integration of control Panel into existing system, testing and maintenance.
➢ Implementation of complete wiring system for control panel according to Plan diagram.
➢ Supervise the work of maintenance group or contractor’s personnel working under me.
➢ Capable of group communication to direct the work of a crew and co-ordinate work with other craft. Oral
communication to direct the work of others and written communication to prepare reports required.
➢ Protective system, start-up logic, vibration and governing/engine management system of Gas Turbine and
related interlocks.
➢ Collection of data preventive maintenance data from maintenance manual and formatting then to meet
MMMS requirements.
➢ Performing and/ or directing preventive maintenance, defined in the preventive maintenance program.
➢ Rectifying of diagnoses problem or potential problem with control system – Pneumatic, Electronic,
Electrical and DCS related.
➢ Requisitions supplies such as tools and test equipment instrument maintenance. Also, co-ordination for
instrument repairs and test work.
➢ Promptly reports the events and activities to the concerned engineer in terms of manpower/spares utilized.
➢ Carries out final inspection for satisfactory working and making final adjustment.
➢ Ensures full safety measures in accordance with company’s Fire and Safety regulations.
➢ Checks daily report, Preventive maintenance activities and spares utilization.
Attends call out duties after normal working hours.
➢ Carries out other related duties such as obtaining excavation/work permit in accordance with company’s
regulations.
➢ Interaction with various vendors for commissioning of packaged items.
