1. Payments made by Cheques are subject to realization and Services will be carried out afterwards. 
2. Under general conditions, Four Services will be carried out during the Agreement validity of One year 
and the service dates will be scheduled as follows. 
I. 1st Service (On the day of Payment) 
II. 2nd Service (After 03 Months From the date of 1st Service) 
III. 3rd Service (After 03 Months From the date of 2nd Service) 
IV. 4th Service (After 03 Months From the date of 3rd Service) 
3. During Agreement validity no visiting fee will be charged and in the event of invalid Agreement (After 
expiry date) Rs. 7,000.00 will be charged per servicing visit. 
4. Cost of Materials, spare and accessories, if any, to be borne by the Customer. 
5. Upon expiry of Service Agreement customer should inform the Service Provider on his wish to renew 
the same.
