Service Agreement

This Service Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "Agreement," is entered into and

made effective as of _________(the "Effective Date") by and between the following

Hereinafter, "Client" will refer to and be used to describe the following party: ____client’s
name_____. "Service Provider" will refer to and be used to describe the following party:
_____your name______. Client and Service Provider may be referred to individually as
"Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

RECITALS:

WHEREAS, Client wishes to retain the Services (as defined below) of Service Provider;

WHEREAS, Service Provider has the skills, qualifications, and expertise required to
provide the Services to the Client;

WHEREAS, Service Provider wishes to render such Services to Client.

NOW, therefore, in consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein, as

well as other good and valuable consideration ,the Parties do hereby agree as
follows:

DEFINITIONS:

As used in this Agreement:

A) "Services" shall be used to refer to the following specific services that the Service
Provider will provide to the Client

B) "Commencement Date" shall be used to refer to the date the Service Provider
begins work on the Services for the Client. The Commencement Date shall be
10TH,NOVEMBER,2020.

C) "Completion Date" shall be used to refer to the date that the Service Provider will
complete or cease the provision of Services to the Client. The Completion Date will
be 10 FEBUARARY 2021

D) NONE OF THE ABOVE PARTIES HAVE DECIDED ANY FIXED DATES TO
MEET AS THEY BOTH LIVE IN DIFFERENT CORNERS OF THE WORLD SO
THEY WILL COMMUNICATE DIGITALLY

E) "Fees" shall be used to refer to the payment Client will pay to Service Provider for
the rendering of the Services. Specifically, the fees shall be as follows:

11600 INR as a fixed fee for all Services rendered

AGREEMENT:

Service Provider agrees to render the Services to Client, beginning on the

Commencement Date and ending on the Completion date, along with meeting the
specified Key Dates,[NOT DECIDED] at the Location directed by the Client[DIGITALLY],
as described below and Client agrees to pay Service Provider the Fees required for the
Services.

LOCATION:

Service Provider will render the Services DIGITALLY ON SOCIAL MEDIA

[INSTAGRAM]

SUBCONTRACTORS

The Service Provider shall be permitted to use subcontractors in the provision of

Services to the Client. The Service Provider will need to receive prior approval from the
Client for the use of a particular intended subcontractor. The Service Provider shall be
responsible for the work of a subcontractor whose work shall be undertaken to the same
standard as required by this Agreement

STAFF OR EMPLOYEES:

The Service Provider CAN UTILIZE ANY STAFF OR EMPLOY TO GET THE WORK
DONE .

FEES:

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the required Fees, as outlined elsewhere
in this Agreement, for the provision of the Services

FIRST PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BEFORE 8 TH OF NOVEMER 2020

SECOND PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BEFORE 10 TH OF DECEMBER 2020 BY THE

AMMOUNT OF SECOND PAYMENT: 4000 INR [FOUR THAUSAND INDIAN RUPEES

ONLY ]

THIRD PAYMENT WILL BE MADE BEFORE 10 TH OF JANUARY 2021

AMMOUNT OF THIRD PAYMENT: 3500 INR [THREE THAUSAND AND FIVE

HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES ONLY]

TOTAL:11600 INR [ELEVEN THAOSAND AND SIX HUNDRED INDIAN RUPEES

ONLY]

METHOD OF PAYMENT : DIRECT BANK TRANSFER

CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXTRA CHARGES WHILE

TRANSFERING THE PAYMENT LIKE CURRENCY CONVERSION FEE

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS:

During the provision of the Services, the Client hereby agrees to:

A) Cooperate with the Service Provider for anything the Service Provider may
reasonably require;

B) Provide any information and/or documentation needed by the Service Provider

relevant to the provision of Services or payment for the provision of Services;

SERVICES
SERVICE PROVIDER AGREES TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICS TO
THE CLIENT

A) HANDLING AND GROWING CLIENT’S INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT WHICH

GOES BY THE USERNAME OF “mkmkmkmkm”
B) MAKING HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE SAME INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT C)
MAKING A ANIMATED VIDEO FOR ADVERTISEMENT PURPOSE AND
RUNNING INSTAGRAM ADS VIA FACEBOOK MANAGER ON BEHALF OF
 CLIENT
D) THE ANIMATED VIDEO WILL NOT CONSIST OF HUMAN VOICE AS IT IS
THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT

COMMITMENTS

SERVICE PROVIDER GIVES 100% SURITY OF COMPLETING THE TASKS

MENTIONED BELOW AND IF SERVICE PROVIDER FAILS TO DO SO THEN CLIENT
CAN TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE SERVICE PROVIDER.

A) GROWING CLIENT’S INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT BY 600 FOLLOWERS EVERY MONTH .

B) MAKING AT LEAST 3 HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SAME INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT. C)
POSTING PICTURES AND VIDEOS ON CLIENT’S INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT IN
WHATEVER FREQUENCY SERVICE PROVIDER THINK IS BENEFICIAL
FOR CLIENT’S INSTAGRAM INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT.

TIME FOR PERFORMANCE:

SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL PROVIDE THE VIDEO UNDER 5DAYS OF THE FIRST
PAYMENT
TERMINATION:

IF AFTER MAKING THE FIRST PAYMENT CLIENT DOES NOT FEEL SATISFIED BY
THE SERVICES OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER THEN CLIENT CAN ASK FOR
REFUND AND SERVICE PROVIDER SHALL REFUND THE PAYMENT BY 100%
