SERVICE AGREEMENT CONTRACT

This Service Agreement is made and entered into this _____th day of _______________ 2021 at the
Municipality of Lipa City Batangas Philippines, by and between:

MARLON ROXAS MINDORO, Filipino, of legal age, and with address at Lipa City Batangas Philippines
hereafter referred to as the Service Provider

CP AUTO DETAILING, a solely proprietorship duly organized and validly existing under and by virtue of
the laws of the Philippines, with business address at 1080 Balintawak Road Lipa City Batangas
Philippines, represented by CHERRY ESPIRITU ALVIZ, who holds the position as business owner,
hereinafter referred to as the Client.

The Service Provider and the Client agreed with the following Terms and Conditions:

I. SERVICE, PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY

 The Service Provider shall render the following service to the Client:
Exterior Car Paint for Toyota Vios CDZ5697
 Service Provider shall only perform the service at 1080 Balintawak Road Lipa City Batangas
 The service will be performed personally by the Service Provider. Performance of the service
must be done with reasonable care, proper skill, and quality finish of the service

II. PERIOD AND MINIMUM REQUIRED TIME

 Service Provider must begin the work on the service on _____________ and will end on or
before _____________.
 Such given period may be change and given provision due unexpected situations with valid
reasons.
 Service Provider shall devote the following amount of time for the performance of the Services
under the terms of this Agreement: 9 hours a day (breaktime included) every 6 days a week

III. CONTRACT PRICE, DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS

 Client shall pay a fixed fee of Seven Thousand Pesos ( P7,000) for the service.
 A Deposit shall be applied to the service fee and the balance shall be paid as agreed upon :
 Client shall pay a deposit of Two Thousand Pesos (P2,000.00) on the Commencement date of
the service.
 Service Provider shall not begin performing the service, or any preparation, until payment of
deposit.
 Full amount of the Deposit is deemed “refundable” from the Service Provider if commencement
of the service did not push through.
 Client is allowed to pay only up to 70% of the total contract price not until the service has been
fully rendered
 Service Provider may received the full payment of the contract price as soon as the service has
been fully rendered.
 Any unfinished service by the Service Provider is deemed refundable by the client
 Client pays in cash
IV. COMPETITION, LIMITATION AND LIABILITY
 Service Provider is prohibited from engaging in any form of business competition during the
span of the service agreement
 Any part of negligence from either the Client or the Service Provider that will arise and will give
loss from either one or both parties will be liable only up to the extent of amount of the contract
price of this Agreement
