SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

         
This settlement agreement is entered into effective from by and
between M/s. Nextgen Exports Pvt. Ltd through its managing director
, OFFICE AT C/o 29, Basai Darapur, DDA Commercial Complex,
Najafgarh Road NewDelhi., (“Hereinafter referred to as the FIRST
PARTY/APPLICANT”) and  Sh. Deepak Manchanda S/O aged about
-------- years and Proprietor of M/s. Ws Yamuna Electronics having
office address at D-P.-31174, Yamuna Vihar Delhi-110053
(“hereinafter referred to as SECOND PARTY/RESPONDENT”) or
collectively as (“the Parties”).

WHEREAS, the applicant has been filed case vide CASE NO.
605/2021 BEFORE THE HONBLE COURT OF SENIOR CIVI JUDGE
SH. VISHAL PAHUJA NORTH EAST DELHI: KARKARDOOMA
COURTS AT DELHI and same has been put up for further
proceedings on 19.04.2022 and the both the parties were appeared.

WHEREAS both parties agreed to settle the matter mutually, the term
of settlement has been described below: 

TERM OF SETTLEMENT:

1. The Final settlement letter including the reason for

coming to a peaceful mutual settlement and both parties
should agree to all terms and conditions and legal
implications and clauses mentioned in the present
settlement. 
 2. That, full and final settlement the parties agreed to settle
the matter on the amount Rs.36,000/- ( Rupees Thirty-
Six Thousand Only) for cases which the applicant had
filed including the mentioned above.
3. That the respondent will transfer the amount of
Rs.36,000/- ( Rupees Thirty-Six Thousand Only) to the
appellant account.

4. It is assured by the respondent that all amounts will be cleared

within one week of the agreement being executed between
both parties.
5. That if the respondent failed to full fill the term of the settlement
then the applicant reserves his right to take appropriate actions
as per the law , regulations under the appropriate section.
6. That after receiving the above mentioned full and final payment
of Rs. Rs.36,000/- ( Rupees Thirty-Six Thousand Only) The
Applicant will withdraw the case as above mentioned in the
agreement.
7. Hence matter has been settled between the parties.
