    poor condition. Write a letter of complaint to the Welfare Department based on the notes you
    have made.

     Not enough rooms-crowded


     Mosquitoes all over – no proper ventilation
     Dirty kitchen utensils – old and cracked
     Unhealthy environment –lifeless surrounding
     Lacking entertainment –no interesting activities
     Rude mannerism – not friendly
