Dear Sir/Madam
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to inform you about the recent tragedy
which I have faced. I ordered a book titled "Mastering Modern Literature" two weeks ago to help
in my upcoming final project. Unfortunately, the book which purchased doesn’t meet the standard
which I was expecting, there were many issues which I came across. The issues which I faced is
explain bellow:

• As I opened the book there were many pages that were missing and the whole book cover
was torn apart.
• I received the wrong edition of the book in which many important chapters for my project
were not included.
• After spending too much expense, I received the book two weeks later after the given time
frame which caused too much inconvenience to me.

The above given reasons, it is my humble request to kindly resolve these issues by a replacement
of the book with the correct edition and in a good condition or I demand refunding of all my
expenses.

I trust you will resolve these issues for me and provide me with a good explanation regarding the
delayed of book shipment.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. Looking forward to your response.

Sincerely,
Said Ul Amin
