The main findings about the subject are astounding.

Within this projectconflicts between various industries and the workman is studied uponkeenly.Ho

wever, one of the important element of this project was to investigateand discuss about the scope and limitations of

the management andworker relationship seen through the kaleidoscope of a managementstu

dent.In addition, scrutinizing- all kinds of relationship between a workman andthe industry,

managerial responsibility of industries and institutionsapp ointing workman, their disputes and

behavioral pattern, within the lightof the principles incorporated within the Legal Frame of Reference,

fewconclusions are drawn apparently.Alth ough the main objective was to learn to what extent companies

areable to implement the principles of the legal system with reference todefinitive Laws and Acts

Industrial Employment Act, the Minimum Wages Act, Payment of BonusAct, etc., the concluding

result may be as follows:

Unethical Practices are practiced by managements or the

governingcorp orate bodies of the industry at the cost of the workmans blo od.

Sometimes, an industry with inappropriate managementde liberately attempts to exploit its workmen

eventually ending upin disputes.

Disputes like salaries, wages, bonuses etc becomes the

main causeof conflict between the industry and the workman. This often endsup with the blood of the work man

eventually resulting in hiselimination/e xit.

Lack of communicatio n between the

management and theworkman also results a conflict between the both where theworkman

ends up as the looser. However , it is necessary to maintain a certain level of cautiousness withrespect to the above

conclusions, since these conclusions are based uponthe findings with respect to a limited amount of case studies

andinvestigatio ns. The findings are not at all contradictory as they are based onreal legal battle through a court of law.
