PREFACE
This manual describes the contingency procedures and guidelines to be followed
during various identified and pre-conceived Emergency situations.

This manual illustrates training and drills to be carried out for all such emergency
situations. Descriptions of reporting and notification procedures in emergency
situations are also covered in this manual. Guidelines on action to be taken in different
emergency situations are provided in tabular format.
