Stellar Tech Solutions, a growing IT firm, has been facing challenges in attracting, selecting, and
retaining skilled employees. To address these issues, the HR department has revamped its
recruitment, selection, performance appraisal, and training and development processes to build a
strong workforce and enhance employee performance.

To fill crucial technical roles, Stellar Tech Solutions adopted multiple recruitment methods,
including job portals, employee referrals, and campus placements. After receiving a high volume
of applications, the HR team implemented a structured selection process, which included an
initial resume screening, aptitude tests, technical interviews, and a final HR interview.
Candidates were evaluated not only on their technical expertise but also on their teamwork and
problem-solving skills.

Once hired, employees underwent onboarding and training programs to familiarize themselves
with company policies, technical tools, and project expectations. The company emphasized both
on-the-job training and off-the-job training methods, such as mentoring, simulation exercises,
