RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Gucci wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. We will accept merchandise unworn, unused and undamaged, for a refund when accompanied by
the relevant original invoice and the original Gucci packaging. Refunds may only be issued through the payment system used by the Client for the
purchase. Products may be returned up to 14 (fourteen) days from date of delivery. Returns and exchanges of Products delivered with a
return/exchange label or adhesive or seal will only be honored if the return instructions below are followed and the label or adhesive or seal is intact
and attached to the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns of Products that do not comply with these requirements.
1. For a REFUND please write on the invoice the letter “R” in the column R/E next to the product you wish to return and in the column REASON
specify the reason code that you can select from the table below.

For an EXCHANGE please write on the invoice the letter “E” in the column R/E and indicate the reason code as explained above. If you wish to
change size, write the new size directly on the invoice. If you wish to change product, please write the new style number that you can find on the
website in the product page (see picture below).
2. Pack the goods carefully using the original packaging if possible. Please include the invoice in the parcel.
3. Find enclosed the prepaid UPS return label and attach the first two stickers with barcode (#1 and #2) on the parcel. Arrange directly the collection of
the package by contacting UPS Customer Service on +32.2.2750666. Please keep the Customer receipt (#3) that must be signed by the courier.
Returns will be accepted according to our Conditions of Sale.
