About Job Opening:Company is into A top 10 International call center in country. We require excellent english communications for the same. We currently have requirement in 3processes. US/UK/Australia. 1. U.S Natural Gas Process (US timings i.e 8 pm to 6 am IST)

Managing a gas utility service switch over process which involves calling to residents of United States Of America .It involves calling to Residents of US in a particular region and pitching them for switching the benefits of using the Gas of the sevice provider we are tied up with. Its a sales service switch over process ,which requires candidates with basic requirement of Neutral accent with goo d communication skills .Its not a debt collection process or any where near to DC so we cannot have agents who jus t read out a standard script.Its a Utility Gas process where in a detailed conversations is required with the Customer , making sure the customer understands the benefits of switching over to our product and provides the necessary detai ls. Agents should have prior international sales experience or if fresher should have the flair for international sales or z eal to be in a sales oriented process.

U.K Survey Process. (U.K timings i.e 2 pm to 11 pm IST )

It is Survey process which involves calling people of U.K .It involves Outbound calling to residents of United Kingdom and asking them some basic questions related to a survey . Its is a survey process where in basic questions related to Life Style are to be asked to customer and get answers to maximum number of questions asked.

3. Australia Appointment setting Process. ( Autralian timings ie 5:30 AM to 2 :30 Pm) Its a appointment setting process where in calling is required to Australia .Outbound process which involves agents w ith good convincing power and selling skills. Please note that the candidates should be fluent in english to qualify for interview .

4. Chat support 24*7 candidate should be ready to work in rotation shifts. salary btwn 13500 to 17500(Depends on years of relevant experi ence).

Salary:- 10000 to 18000Rs. (Relavant Experience will get more preferrence.)
