my gut was twisting with guilt, knowing that my results weren't going to be great. Consequently my legs felt heavy from the nerves. Then I made it to the rusty old school gates, many memories came back. However I have to stay focused, that was the past. I sheepishly stood there thinking where my dreaded envelope would be placed. Admittedly I was stalling for unstoppable time. Although I did get myself to face reality, meaning I have to accept my nemesis. I Confusingly, opened the crisp tight envelope. I stalked the paper. Making sure what I was seeing, was not fabricated by my anxious brain. Notable it hit me like a ton of bricks, my wind pipe was clogging up with sorrow. Above all the erg to impress was pumping through my veins, carrying stress and frustration. Its hard to explain. Ive always been an outcast, since I have academic family and in all my school year. whereas Education, I believe is my only hope, it shall prevail me through hardship. Meaning I have to gain that apprenticeship, that suits me perfectly. Yet I believe I can find my place in society, if I get that apprenticeship. I'm at an engagement party of my close family member. thus all the middle-aged woman were at the stage carrying out the traditions. The hall was radiantly covered with lights, everyone was enjoying themselves and taking endless photos. Then out of the ear aching drumming, my cousin , Yasmin strutted confidently towards me carrying a basket full of confetti. As well as her smile on a her face was permanently fixed. This familiar feeling swept up beneath my gut. later I naturally approached her,anyway what have you got planned this summer . She subcontinental looked up to find an answer. Certainly I could tell that she was blank. This was my chance, the ultimate distraction. I spoke clearly me and my college friends are taking a gap year, and I know that you've been studying hard too. So would you like to come with us. Erm.. er.. Im faltered. Yeah I would really enjoy that surprised with my out of the blue offer. Two months later, we all secured a conventional cab to the New York Square. Throughout the city It was hectic, diverse but overwhelmingly inspiring too. Suddenly it caught my eye in bright neon colours. It spoke out to me... 'in da club'. I had heard of this; the ultimate distraction. I stared right into her eyes, in a intimidating way that gets everyone. thats our night sorted out, it'll be a blast I announced like I am the tour guide. aren't we not too young for that now her voice was shaking and I could tell she wasn't comfortable with my idea. Will I get away with this in secret? Finally it was our turn to step in da club. Inside it was so energetic and had my adrenaline rush taking over me. Neon interior and fluorescent lighting was the theme. The DJ was blasting the music, I saw her jump. As with Yasmin; her eyes were outspread on her face in disgust. Clearly her body language was closed because she was holding her arms awkwardly. Nevertheless I gingerly linked arms with her, acting like Im her mother holding her hand, whilst crossing a road to safety. I gave her a cunning smile, certainly it was time to strike. I saw a flash of metal, it was my camera. I casually put the strap around my wrist, like holding a gun waiting to push the trigger. I heaved my way through a waterfall of people. Admittedly she was a smooth dancer, to smooth I thought. I purposely passed her a bottle of vodka. She took it immediately. She was stumbling, the alcohol was making her not I operate herself decently. I distinguished a tall, fairly tanned boy wearing a tight short-sleeved top. He has been admiring Yasmin for a while now, he just needs a step in the right direction towards Yasmin. I cat-walked toward him, whispered encouragingly she likes you, so go get her. His eyes expanded with eagerness. He was all over her like hungry cheetah seizing a zebra. The flash was on my camera. It took a understandable and deeply unfaltering photo of her. She had no idea that her life is officially over. My work is done here, I signalled to my friends that Im leaving. make sure you leave with Yasmin, and Ill see you in England! I bellowed using my stomach muscles; to make sure they could hear me. Stemming from this my heavy heart was hammering out of my rib cage with overload. What have I done? My ankle was wobbling and collapsing because I was running in and out of people; to my hotel room. I pack my suitcase with my photo. Later I was looking at out of my cubed aeroplane window. Since yesterday the events were glued in my mind, as if I was watching it on replay. My mum was smiling at me, as I was strolling with my luggage. I

nodded at her saying Ive done what you asked. She promptly gave me a letter inviting me to a interview for the apprenticeship. Yasmin fortunately forgot all about the apprenticeship because what happened in the night club. Since her parents were fuming when they found out, they lost there pride and respect. Finally Im enjoying my apprenticeship and love having a secure, ostentatious and amazing job!
