3. The present application under Section 483 of the BNSS seeks regular
bail in case FIR No. 294/2022, under Sections 307/120B/201/174A/34 of the
IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at P.S. Madhu
Vihar.
4. Issue notice.
5. Learned APP for the State accepts notice and seeks some time to file a
status report. Let the same be filed before the next date of hearing, with an
advance copy to learned counsel for the applicant.
