Timesheet records, you have:
 Records of tardiness
As employee, you are required to report to work on time as per your schedule and follow

In this regard, we are giving you this written warning memo and we hope that the above
violations will not happen in the future. Otherwise, we will be constraint to give a two-day
suspension without pay.
