Greetings!

This is to justify regarding the salary cut-off of JONARD N. CAELING


(6429648), Teacher I of Villa Pogado Elementary School, Cataingan
West District (027) of this division from December 2024- January 2025 Payroll
due to he was on vacation leave without pay on January 15, 2024- March 15,
2024. Consequently, he hadn’t received his whole salary for the said periods.
Hence, providing his supplementary payment for a total of 22 working days
rendered service last October 2024 and November 2024 is much desired and
appreciated.

Attached herewith are the supporting documents required for his


supplementary payroll.

Hoping for kind consideration and favorable action from your good office
on this matter.
