AGREEMENT

and regulations set by the Debating Maroons society, which are as follows;

The society (thru: administration and membership committee) shall reserve its right to screen my
application and decide on whether to accept my application or not;
If my application is rejected, the administration and membership committee has the right to conceal
the reason behind such decision;
If my application is rejected, I have the right to appeal for my application through a formal letter addressed
to the committee aforementioned;
If accepted into the society, shall be present in all the meetings and practices announced by the society;
If by any unavoidable circumstances, cannot attend the meetings and practices, shall inform the Executive
Committee (ExecCom) about my absence and its nature;
Provided the opportunity to voice out any opinions that would concern the overall function of the society
for its betterment;
If by any circumstances, unable to decide or have abstained from a concern requiring referendum from its
members, shall agree with the decision of the majority;
The society shall reserve its right to expel me from the society if deemed deserving of such action; and,
Shall strictly follow and abide by the constitution and by-laws of this society, existing or amended.
